Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 2411
Hazrat Bara bin Aazib narrates that I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that when you started the prayer, you raised your hands so much that they were equal to your ears.
حضرت براء بن عازب فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضور (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو دیکھا کہ آپ نے نماز شروع کرتے وقت ہاتھوں کو اتنا اٹھایا کہ وہ آپ کے کانوں کے برابر ہوگئے۔
Hazrat Bara bin Aazib farmate hain ke maine Huzoor (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko dekha ke aap ne namaz shuru karte waqt hathon ko itna uthaya ke woh aap ke kano ke barabar hogaye.
حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ، قَالَ : « رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى كَادَتَا تُحَاذِيَانِ بِأُذُنَيْهِ »
