Hazrat Hamid narrates that Hazrat Anas said: "The Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not love anyone more than him, and when they would see you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), they would not stand up because they knew that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) disliked it."
حضرت حمید فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت انس نے ارشاد فرمایا : کہ صحابہ کے نزدیک رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے زیادہ کوئی محبوب شخص نہیں تھا اور جب وہ لوگ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو دیکھتے تھے تو کھڑے نہیں ہوتے تھے اس لیے کہ وہ لوگ اس وجہ سے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی ناپسندیدگی کو جانتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَفْرَاءُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : « مَا كَانَ شَخْصٌ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِمْ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ ، وَكَانُوا إِذَا رَأَوْهُ لَمْ يَقُومُوا ، لِمَا يَعْلَمُونَ مِنْ كَرَاهِيَتِهِ لِذَلِكَ »
