Permission regarding poetry
الرُّخْصَةُ فِي الشِّعْرِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 26046
He states that Hazrat Amir, while explaining the Quranic verse: { فَإِذَا ہُمْ بِالسَّاہِرَۃِ } said that Sahirah means the earth. Then you recited this verse of Umayyah's poetry. (Translation) He came to us with the flesh of the land and sea.
حضرت بیان فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عامر نے قرآن کی آیت : { فَإِذَا ہُمْ بِالسَّاہِرَۃِ } کے بارے میں ارشاد فرمایا : ساھرۃ سے مراد زمین ہے۔ پھر آپ نے امیہ کے شعر کا یہ مصرعہ پڑھا۔ (ترجمہ) وہ ہمارے پاس زمین اور سمندر کے گوشت کے ساتھ آیا۔
Hazrat bayan farmate hain keh Hazrat Amir ne Quran ki ayat: {faiza hum bissaherati} ke bare mein irshad farmaya: Saherat se murad zameen hai. Phir aap ne Umeya ke sher ka ye misra parha. woh humare pass zameen aur samander ke gosht ke sath aaya.
حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ بَيَانٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ : " ﴿ فَإِذَا هُمْ بِالسَّاهِرَةِ ﴾ [ النازعات : ١٤ ]، قَالَ : بِالْأَرْضِ ، ثُمَّ أَنْشَدَ أَبْيَاتًا لِأُمَيَّةَ : [ البحر الوافر ] وَفِيهَا لَحْمُ سَاهِرَةٍ وَبَحْرٌ "
