كِتَابُ الدِّيَاتِ
A man falls on another man or jumps on him.
الرَّجُلُ يَقَعُ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ، أَوْ يَثِبُ عَلَيْهِ

Hazrat Mughira narrated that a man jumped over someone, so the teeth of the jumper broke and the one who was jumped over got hurt in the head. So Hazrat Ibrahim declared the teeth of the jumper to be invalidated and took the responsibility of the injury of the one who was jumped over.
حضرت مغیرہ فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے کسی پر چھلانگ ماری تو چھلانگ مارنے والے کے سامنے کے دانت ٹوٹ گئے اور جس پر چھلانگ ماری تھی اس کے سر پر چوٹ آئی تو حضرت ابراہیم نے چھلانگ مارنے والے کے دانتوں کو باطل قرار دیا اور جس پر چھلانگ مار ی گئی تھی اس کے زخم کا ضامن بنایا۔
Hazrat Mugirah farmate hain ki aik aadmi ne kisi par chalaang maari to chalaang marne wale ke samne ke daant toot gaye aur jis par chalaang maari thi us ke sar par chot aa gai to Hazrat Ibrahim ne chalaang marne wale ke daanton ko baatil qarar diya aur jis par chalaang maari gai thi us ke zakhm ka zamin banaya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُغِيرَةُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ : " فِي رَجُلٍ وَثَبَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ ، فَانْكَسَرَتْ ثَنِيَّةُ الْوَاثِبِ ، وَشُجَّ الْمَوْثُوبُ عَلَيْهِ ، فَأَبْطَلَ ثَنِيَّةَ الْوَاثِبِ ، وَضَمَّنَهُ شَجَّةَ الْمَوْثُوبِ عَلَيْهِ
