What saves a person from being killed and prevents his blood from being shed?
فِيمَا يُحْقَنُ بِهِ الدَّمُ وَيُرْفَعُ بِهِ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ الْقَتْلُ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 28934
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "I have been ordered to fight the people until they say: None has the right to be worshipped except Allah (Laa ilaha illallah). So, when they say: None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, then they will save their blood and their property from me, except by right, and their reckoning will be with Allah."
حضرت ابوہریرہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں لوگوں سے قتال کروں یہاں تک کہ وہ لا الہ الا اللہ کہہ لیں۔ پس جب وہ یہ کلمہ پڑھ لیں گے تو انھوں نے مجھ سے اپنے خون اور اپنے اموال کو محفوظ کرلیا مگر ان کے حق کی وجہ سے اور ان کا حساب اللہ کے ذمہ ہوگا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah farmate hain keh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Mujhe hukum diya gaya hai keh main logon se qital karoon yahan tak keh woh la ilaha illallah keh lein. Pas jab woh yeh kalma parh lenge to unhon ne mujh se apne khoon aur apne amwal ko mehfooz karliya magar un ke haq ki wajah se aur un ka hisab Allah ke zimma hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، وعَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ، فَإِذَا قَالُوهَا مَنَعُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهَا وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ "
