كِتَابُ الْوَصَايَا The pregnant woman bequeaths, and the man bequeaths in military service and sea travel
الْحَامِلُ تُوصِي وَالرَّجُلُ يُوصِي فِي الْمُزَاحَفَةِ وَرُكُوبِ الْبَحْرِ

It is narrated from Ash'ath that Imam Hasan said that whatever a pregnant woman spends from her wealth during the month of her pregnancy, one third of it will be counted.
اشعث سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت حسن نے فرمایا کہ حاملہ اپنے حمل کے مہینے میں مال کے اندر جو تصرف کرے وہ ایک تہائی میں سے شمار کیا جائے گا۔
Ashas se riwayat hai ki Hazrat Hasan ne farmaya ki hamil apne haml ke mahine mein maal ke andar jo tasurruf kare woh ek tihaai mein se shumaar kiya jayega.
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ : « مَا صَنَعَتِ الْحَامِلُ فِي شَهْرِهَا فَهُوَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ »
