كِتَابُ الْوَصَايَا

Regarding some heirs who acknowledge the debt of the deceased

‌فِي بَعْضِ الْوَرَثَةِ يُقِرُّ بِالدَّيْنِ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31003

It is narrated from Yunus that Hazrat Hasan said that the debt will become due on him to the extent of his share.

یونس سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت حسن نے فرمایا کہ وہ قرضہ اس کے حصّے کے بقدر اس پر واجب الاداء ہوجائے گا۔

Younus se riwayat hai keh Hazrat Hasan ne farmaya keh woh qarza us ke hisse ke baqadar us par wajib ul adaa ho jaye ga.

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ : « عَلَيْهِ فِي نَصِيبِهِ »
