٣٣-
كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ A slave married a free woman, and then he was freed after having children with her, to whom does the loyalty of his children go
مَمْلُوكٌ تَزَوَّجَ حُرَّةً، ثُمَّ إِنَّهُ أُعْتِقَ بَعْدَمَا وَلَدَتْ لَهُ أَوْلَادًا، لِمَنْ يَكُونُ وَلَاءُ وَلَدِهِ

Abdullah bin Abi As-Safar narrated from Ash-Sha'bi that he said: "Lineage (tribal affiliation) makes a man inclined (towards his people)."
عبداللہ بن ابی السَّفر حضرت شعبی سے روایت کرتے ہیں فرمایا کہ دادا ولاء کو کھینچ لیتا ہے۔
Abdullah bin Abi al-Safar Hazrat Shuabi se riwayat karte hain farmaya keh dada wilayat ko khench leta hai.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : « الْجَدُّ يَجُرُّ الْوَلَاءَ »
