كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ Regarding a man who converts under the guidance of another man and then dies, who said that he inherits from him?
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُسْلِمُ عَلَى يَدَيْ رَجُلٍ ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ، مَنْ قَالَ: يَرِثُهُ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 31578
It is narrated on the authority of Zuhri that Hazrat Umar bin Khattab said: When a person enters into a covenant of brotherhood with another person, then the inheritance of one is for the other, and the sin of one is upon the other.
زہری روایت کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت عمر بن خطاب نے فرمایا کہ جب کوئی آدمی کسی سے موالاۃ کرے تو اس کی میراث اس کے لیے ہے اور اس کی جنایت اس پر ہے۔
Zahri riwayat karte hain ki Hazrat Umar bin Khattab ne farmaya ki jab koi aadmi kisi se muwalaat kare to uski miraas uske liye hai aur uski janayat us par hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ، قَالَ : « إِذَا وَالَى رَجُلٌ رَجُلًا ، فَلَهُ مِيرَاثُهُ ، وَعَلَيْهِ عَقْلُهُ »
