كِتَابُ الْفَرَائِضِ
Regarding a man who converts under the guidance of another man and then dies, who said that he inherits from him?
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُسْلِمُ عَلَى يَدَيْ رَجُلٍ ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ، مَنْ قَالَ: يَرِثُهُ

Uthman bin Ghaith narrates that I heard Hazrat Hassan saying about a person who brought a person on the path of Islam. You said that for this he is eligible for his inheritance, but this is that if he does not have a sister, if he does, then she will get the property and she is more deserving of it.
عثمان بن غیاث فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت حسن کو ایک آدمی کے بارے میں فرماتے ہوئے سنا جو ایک آدمی کے ہاتھ پر اسلام لایا تھا آپ نے فرمایا کہ اس کے لیے اس کی میراث ہے مگر یہ کہ اس کی کوئی بہن ہو، اگر ہوئی تو اسی کو مال ملے گا اور وہ اس کی زیادہ حق دار ہے۔
Usman bin Ghiyas farmate hain ki maine Hazrat Hasan ko aik aadmi ke bare mein farmate huey suna jo aik aadmi ke hath par Islam laya tha aap ne farmaya ki uske liye uski miraas hai magar ye ki uski koi behan ho agar hui to usi ko maal milega aur wo uski zyada haqdaar hai
حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ ، كَانَ الْحَسَنُ ، يَقُولُ فِي رَجُلٍ أَسْلَمَ عَلَى يَدَيَّ رَجُلٍ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ : « مِيرَاثُهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُ أُخْتٌ ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ أُخْتٌ فَلَهَا الْمَالُ وَهِيَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ »
