كِتَابُ الْسير
What they said about a combatant or others, whether they are granted safety or are held accountable for their actions during the war.
مَا قَالُوا فِي الْمُحَارِبِ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ يُؤَمَّنُ أَمْ يُؤْخَذُ بِمَا أَصَابَ فِي حَالِ حَرْبِهِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 32784
"Hazrat Hisham (R.A.) narrates that his father Hazrat Urwah (R.A.) said about the person who reaches the limits (of prohibitions) then he should repent and come back. You (R.A.) said: The limits (Hudood) will be established on him."
حضرت ہشام (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ان کے والد حضرت عروہ (رض) نے اس شخص کے بارے میں ارشاد فرمایا؛ جو حدود کو پہنچ جائے پھر وہ توبہ کر کے آجائے۔ آپ (رض) نے فرمایا : اس شخص پر حدود قائم کی جائیں گی۔
Hazrat Hisham (RA) farmate hain ke un ke walid Hazrat Urwah (RA) ne is shakhs ke bare mein irshad farmaya jo hudood ko pohanch jaye phir wo toba kar ke aajaye Aap (RA) ne farmaya is shakhs par hudood qaim ki jayengi
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يُصِيبُ الْحُدُودَ ثُمَّ يَجِيءُ تَائِبًا ، قَالَ : « تُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحُدُودُ »
