Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 33109
Hazrat Jareer (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent me to Yemen to fight against them and to invite them to Islam. And when they recite the Kalima, La ilaha illallah (there is no god but Allah), then their wealth and their lives will be forbidden for you.
حضرت جریر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مجھ یمن کی طرف بھیجا تاکہ میں ان سے قتال کروں اور میں ان کو اسلام کی طرف بلاؤں۔ اور جب انھوں نے کلمہ لا الہ الا اللہ پڑھ لیا۔ تو تم پر ان کے اموال اور ان کی جانیں حرام ہوگئیں۔
Hazrat Jarir (RA) farmate hain ke Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne mujhe Yemen ki taraf bheja taake main un se qitaal karoon aur main un ko Islam ki taraf bulaoon. Aur jab unhon ne kalma La Ilaha Illallah parh liya. To tum par un ke amwal aur un ki jaanen haraam ho gayin.
حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ ، قَالَ : ثنا أَبَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، عَنْ " جَرِيرٍ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ﷺ ، بَعَثَنِي إِلَى الْيَمَنِ أُقَاتِلُهُمْ وَأَدْعُوهُمْ ، فَإِذَا قَالُوا : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَدِمَاؤُهُمْ "
