Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 34410
It is narrated from Hazrat Hassan that he said that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was so overwhelmed by worship that when you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to visit your companions (may Allah be pleased with them), you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to feel like an old waterskin.
حضرت حسن سے روایت ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جناب نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) پر عبادت کا اس قدر غلبہ ہوتا تھا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اپنے صحابہ (رض) کے پاس تشریف لاتے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مثل پرانے مشکیزہ کے محسوس ہوتے۔
Hazrat Hassan se riwayat hai woh kehte hain keh janab nabi kareem (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) par ibadat ka iss qadar ghalba hota tha keh aap (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) apne sahaba (raz) ke pass tashreef laate toh aap (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) misl purane mashkize ke mehsoos hote.
يَحْيَى بْنُ يَمَانٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : كَانَتِ الْعِبَادَةُ تَأْخُذُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَخَرَجَ عَلَى أَصْحَابِهِ كَأَنَّهُ شِنٌّ بَالٍ
