Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 36307
Hazrat Samurah narrates from the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: A child is held in pledge for the Aqeeqah. On the seventh day of the child's birth, an animal should be sacrificed on his behalf, his head should be shaved, and he should be named. And it has been mentioned that the opinion of (Imam) Abu Hanifa is: If the Aqeeqah is not performed on behalf of the child, then there is no harm.
حضرت سمرہ ، نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : بچہ عقیقہ کے عوض گروی ہوتا ہے۔ بچہ کی ولادت کے ساتویں دن بچہ کی طرف سے ذبح کیا جائے اور اس کا سر حلق کیا جائے اور اس کا نام رکھا جائے۔ اور (امام) ابوحنیفہ کا قول یہ ذکر کیا گیا ہے کہ : اگر بچہ کی طرف سے عقیقہ نہ کیا جائے تو بھی اس پر کچھ نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Samra, Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se riwayat karte hain ki aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: Baccha Aqeeqah ke awaz girahwi hota hai. Bacche ki wiladat ke saatwein din bacche ki taraf se zibah kiya jaye aur uska sar halq kiya jaye aur uska naam rakha jaye. Aur (Imam) Abu Hanifa ka qaul ye zikar kiya gaya hai ki: Agar bacche ki taraf se Aqeeqah na kiya jaye to bhi us par kuch nahi hai.
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ : « الْغُلَامُ رَهِينَةٌ بِعَقِيقَتِهِ ، تُذْبَحُ عَنْهُ يَوْمَ سَابِعِهِ وَيُحْلَقُ رَأْسُهُ وَيُسَمَّى » وَذُكِرَ أَنَّ أَبَا حَنِيفَةَ قَالَ : إِلَّا يَعُقُّ عَنْهُ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ فِي ذَلِكَ شَيْءٌ
