Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 6334
Hazrat Ali said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to offer two rak'ahs of Fajr Sunnah at the time of Azan. According to one narrator, he also offered them once while he was on a journey.
حضرت علی فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فجر کی دوسنتوں کو اذان کے وقت پڑھتے تھے، ایک راوی کے مطابق آپ نے انھیں ایک دن اقامت کے وقت بھی ادا فرمایا۔
Hazrat Ali farmate hain keh Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) Fajar ki sunnaton ko azaan ke waqt parhte thay, aik ravi ke mutabiq aap ne unhen aik din iqamat ke waqt bhi ada farmaya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ ، وَشَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، « أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ عِنْدَ الْأَذَانِ ، قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا ، وَيُوتِرُ عِنْدَ الْإِقَامَةِ »
