Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood considered the compilation of the Mushaf (in parts) to be disliked. (Compilation of the Quran here means that the parts of the Quran, such as juz, siparah, ruba, nisf, suls, etc., should be made. Islam disliked this practice because there was a fear that due to these margins, things that are not actually part of the Quran would become part of the Quran. However, when this fear was eliminated, the dislike also disappeared. Now, for many years, the practice of Muslims has been on compilation.)
حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود نے مصحف کی تعشیر کو مکروہ قرار دیا ہے۔ (قرآن مجید کی تعشیر کا معنی یہ ہے کہ قرآن مجید کے اجزائ، سپارے اور ربع، نصف ، ثلث وغیرہ بنائے جائیں۔ اسلاف اس عمل کو ناپسند فرماتے تھے کیونکہ حواشی کی وجہ سے ان چیزوں کے بارے میں خطرہ تھا کہ قرآن کا حصہ بن جائیں گی جو درحقیقت قرآن مجید کا حصہ نہیں۔ البتہ جب یہ خوف ختم ہوگیا تو کراہیت بھی زائل ہوگئی۔ اب کئی سالوں سے مسلمانوں کا عمل تعشیر پر ہے۔ )
