Regarding the reward for sending prayers upon the Prophet ﷺ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 8701
It is narrated from Hazrat Hasan that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is enough to show a man's stinginess that I am mentioned in front of him and he does not send blessings upon me."
حضرت حسن سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ آدمی کے بخل کے لیے اتنا ہی کافی ہے کہ اس کے سامنے میرا ذکر کیا جائے اور وہ مجھ پر درود نہ بھیجے۔
Hazrat Hassan se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya keh aadmi ke bukhl ke liye itna hi kaafi hai keh uske samne mera zikr kiya jaye aur woh mujh par durood na bheje.
حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أَنَا أَبُو حُرَّةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « كَفَى بِهِ شُحًّا ، أَنْ أُذْكَرَ عِنْدَهُ ثُمَّ لَا يُصَلِّي عَلَيَّ »
