Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3616
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: that a group of people from the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sat waiting for him. He said: Then he came out, such that when he came close to them, he heard them talking, and he heard what they were saying. So some of them said: 'It's amazing that Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, has taken a Khalil (close friend) from His creation. He took Ibrahim as a Khalil.' And some of them said: 'That is not more amazing than speaking to Musa, He spoke to him with real speech.' And some said: 'And 'Eisa is the word of Allah and His Spirit.' And some said: 'Adam was chosen by Allah.' So he (ﷺ) came out upon them and said his Salam, and said: 'I have heard your words, and your amazement that Ibrahim is the Khalil of Allah, and he is such, and that Musa is the one spoken to by Allah, and he is such, and that 'Eisa is the spirit of Allah and His Word, and he is such, and that Adam was chosen by Allah, and he is such. Indeed I am the beloved of Allah and I am not boasting, and I am the carrier of the Banner of Praise on the Day of Judgement, and I am not boasting. And I am the first intercessor, and the first to have intercession accepted from him on the Day of Judgement, and I am not boasting. And I am the first to shake the rings of Paradise (meaning on the gates of Paradise) and so Allah will open it for me and admit me into it. And with me will be the poor people from the believers, and I am not boasting. And I am the most noble among the first ones and the last ones, and I am not boasting. Imam Tirmidhi says: "This Hadith is ghareeb."

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کے اصحاب میں سے کچھ لوگ بیٹھے آپ کے حجرے سے نکلنے کا انتظار کر رہے تھے، کہتے ہیں: پھر آپ نکلے یہاں تک کہ جب آپ ان کے قریب آئے تو انہیں آپس میں بحث کرتے سنا، آپ نے ان کی باتیں سنیں، کوئی کہہ رہا تھا، تعجب ہے اللہ نے اپنی مخلوق میں سے ابراہیم علیہ السلام کو اپنا دوست بنایا، دوسرے نے کہا: موسیٰ سے اس کا کلام کرنا کتنا زیادہ تعجب خیز معاملہ ہے، اور ایک نے کہا: عیسیٰ علیہ السلام اللہ کا کلمہ اور اس کی روح ہیں، اور ایک دوسرے نے کہا: آدم کو اللہ نے تو چن لیا ہے، تو آپ نکل کر ان کے سامنے آئے اور انہیں سلام کیا اور فرمایا: ”میں نے تمہاری باتیں سن لی ہیں اور ابراہیم علیہ السلام کے خلیل اللہ ہونے پر تعجب میں پڑنے کو بھی، واقعی وہ ایسے ہی ہیں اور موسیٰ علیہ السلام کے اللہ کے نجی اللہ ہونے پر، اور وہ بھی واقعی ایسے ہی ہیں اور عیسیٰ علیہ السلام کے کلمۃ اللہ اور روح اللہ ہونے پر، اور وہ بھی واقعی ایسے ہی ہیں اور آدم کے اللہ کا برگزیدہ ہونے پر، اور وہ بھی واقعی ایسے ہی ہیں، سن لو! میں اللہ کا حبیب ہوں اور اس پر مجھے گھمنڈ نہیں، قیامت کے دن حمد کا پرچم میرے ہاتھ میں ہو گا اور اس پر مجھے گھمنڈ نہیں اور قیامت کے دن میں پہلا وہ شخص ہوں گا جو شفاعت ( سفارش ) کرے گا اور جس کی شفاعت ( سفارش ) سب سے پہلے قبول کی جائے گی اور اس پر مجھے گھمنڈ نہیں اور میں پہلا وہ شخص ہوں گا جو جنت کی کنڈی ہلائے گا تو اللہ میرے لیے جنت کو کھول دے گا، پھر وہ مجھے اس میں داخل کرے گا اور میرے ساتھ فقراء مومنین ہوں گے اور اس پر مجھے گھمنڈ نہیں اور میں اگلوں اور پچھلوں میں سب سے زیادہ معزز ہوں اور اس پر مجھے گھمنڈ نہیں“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث غریب ہے۔
“Abdul-illah bin Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a kehte hain ke Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sahaaba mein se kuchh log baithe aap ke hujre se nikalne ka intezar kar rahe the, kehte hain: phir aap nikle yahin tak ke jab aap unke qareeb aaye to unhein aapas mein baat karte suna, aap ne un ki baaten suni, koi keh raha tha, taajjub hai Allah ne apni makhluq mein se Ibraheem alaihi as-salam ko apna dost banaya, doosre ne kaha: Musa se is ka kalam karna kitna zyada taajjub khaiz mamla hai, aur ek ne kaha: Isa alaihi as-salam Allah ka kalam aur us ki ruh hain, aur ek doosre ne kaha: Aadam ko Allah ne to chun lia hai, to aap nikal kar unke samne aaye aur unhein salam kiya aur farmaaya: ”mein ne tumhari baaten sun li hain aur Ibraheem alaihi as-salam ke khalilullah hone par taajjub mein padne ko bhi, waqai woh aise hi hain aur Musa alaihi as-salam ke Allah ke niji Allah hone par, aur woh bhi waqai aise hi hain aur Isa alaihi as-salam ke kalamtullah aur ruhullah hone par, aur woh bhi waqai aise hi hain aur Aadam ke Allah ka bargzeeda hone par, aur woh bhi waqai aise hi hain, sun lo! mein Allah ka habeeb hun aur is par mujhe ghumannd nahin, qiyaamat ke din hamd ka parchm mere hath mein hoga aur is par mujhe ghumannd nahin aur qiyaamat ke din mein pehla woh shakhsh hun jo shifa'at ( sifarish ) karega aur jis ki shifa'at ( sifarish ) sab se pehle qabool ki jaegi aur is par mujhe ghumannd nahin aur mein pehla woh shakhsh hun jo jannat ki kandi hilaega to Allah mere liye jannat ko khol dega, phir woh mujhe is mein daakhil karega aur mere sath fuqara momineen honge aur is par mujhe ghumannd nahin aur mein aaglon aur pichhlon mein sab se zyada muazziz hun aur is par mujhe ghumannd nahin“." "Imam Tirmizi kehte hain: yeh hadees gharib hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ وَهْرَامٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: جَلَسَ نَاسٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْتَظِرُونَهُ، قَالَ: فَخَرَجَ حَتَّى إِذَا دَنَا مِنْهُمْ سَمِعَهُمْ يَتَذَاكَرُونَ فَسَمِعَ حَدِيثَهُمْ، فَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ: عَجَبًا إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ اتَّخَذَ مِنْ خَلْقِهِ خَلِيلًا اتَّخَذَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلًا، وَقَالَ آخَرُ: مَاذَا بِأَعْجَبَ مِنْ كَلَامِ مُوسَى كَلَّمَهُ تَكْلِيمًا، وَقَالَ آخَرُ: فَعِيسَى كَلِمَةُ اللَّهِ وَرُوحُهُ، وَقَالَ آخَرُ: آدَمُ اصْطَفَاهُ اللَّهُ، فَخَرَجَ عَلَيْهِمْ، فَسَلَّمَ، وَقَالَ: قَدْ سَمِعْتُ كَلَامَكُمْ وَعَجَبَكُمْ: إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلُ اللَّهِ وَهُوَ كَذَلِكَ، وَمُوسَى نَجِيُّ اللَّهِ وَهُوَ كَذَلِكَ، وَعِيسَى رُوحُ اللَّهِ وَكَلِمَتُهُ وَهُوَ كَذَلِكَ، وَآدَمُ اصْطَفَاهُ اللَّهُ وَهُوَ كَذَلِكَ، أَلَا وَأَنَا حَبِيبُ اللَّهِ وَلَا فَخْرَ، وَأَنَا حَامِلُ لِوَاءِ الْحَمْدِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا فَخْرَ، وَأَنَا أَوَّلُ شَافِعٍ وَأَوَّلُ مُشَفَّعٍ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا فَخْرَ، وَأَنَا أَوَّلُ مَنْ يُحَرِّكُ حِلَقَ الْجَنَّةِ فَيَفْتَحُ اللَّهُ لِي فَيُدْخِلُنِيهَا وَمَعِي فُقَرَاءُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَا فَخْرَ، وَأَنَا أَكْرَمُ الْأَوَّلِينَ وَالْآخِرِينَ وَلَا فَخْرَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ.
