The Hadith of a man (may Allah be pleased with him)
حَدِيثُ رَجُلٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 23201
It is narrated from a companion, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Tawaf (circumambulation of the Kaaba) is like prayer. So when you perform Tawaf, minimize your conversations."

ایک صحابی رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا طواف بھی نماز ہی کی طرح ہوتا ہے اس لئے جب تم طواف کیا کرو تو گفتگو کم کیا کرو۔
Ek sahabi razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ke Nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya tawaf bhi namaz hi ki tarah hota hai isliye jab tum tawaf kiya karo to guftgu kam kiya karo.
It is narrated by a companion from Banu Yarbu' that once I was in the presence of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and I heard him say during a conversation with people that the hand of the giver is higher, spend on your mother, father, sister, brother and relatives in order of closeness. A man submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! They are Banu Tha'labah ibn Yarbu', they have killed so and so." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "No person shall bear the burden of another."

بنو یربوع کے ایک صحابی رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا تو آپ ﷺ کو لوگوں سے گفتگو کے دوران یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ دینے والے کا ہاتھ اوپر ہوتا ہے اپنی ماں، باپ بہن، بھائی اور درجہ بدرجہ قریبی رشتہ داروں پر خرچ کیا کرو ایک آدمی نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ! بنوثعلبہ بن یربوع ہیں انہوں نے فلاں آدمی کو قتل کردیا ہے۔ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کوئی شخص کسی دوسرے کے جرم کا ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگا۔
Bano Yarboo ke aik sahabi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke aik martaba mein Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hua to aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko logon se guftagu ke doran ye farmate huye suna ke dene wale ka hath upar hota hai apni maa baap bahen bhai aur darja badarja qareebi rishtedaron par kharch kiya karo aik admi ne arz kiya Ya Rasulullah Bano Salabah bin Yarboo hain unhon ne falan admi ko qatal kar diya hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya koi shakhs kisi dusre ke jurm ka zimmedar nahi hoga
It is narrated by a companion, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said, “The first thing that a person will be accountable for on the Day of Judgement is prayer. If a person's prayer is complete, then it will be recorded as complete. Otherwise, Allah Almighty will say, ‘Look! Does My servant have any voluntary prayers, so that the obligatory prayers can be completed through them?’ And so will be the case with Zakat and other deeds.”

ایک صحابی رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا سب سے پہلے جس چیز کا بندے سے حساب لیا جائے گا وہ اس کی نماز ہوگی اگر اس نے اسے مکمل اداء کیا ہوگا تو وہ مکمل لکھ دی جائیں گی ورنہ اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائیں گے کہ دیکھو! میرے بندے کے پاس کچھ نوافل ملتے ہیں؟ کہ ان کے ذریعے فرائض کی تکمیل کرسکو اسی طرح زکوٰۃ کے معاملے میں بھی ہوگا اور دیگر اعمال کا حساب بھی ہوگا۔
aik sahabi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya sab se pehle jis cheez ka bande se hisab liya jaye ga woh uski namaz hogi agar usne use mukammal ada kiya hoga to woh mukammal likh di jayen gi warna Allahu taala farmaen ge keh dekho mere bande ke pass kuch nawafil milte hain keh un ke zariye faraiz ki takmeel karsako isi tarah zakat ke mamle mein bhi hoga aur deegar amal ka hisab bhi hoga
It is narrated by a companion that once the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "I think the enemy will launch a night attack tonight. If that happens, then your slogan should be 'Ham La Yunsaroon' (They will not be victorious)."

ایک صحابی رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا مجھے لگتا ہے کہ آج رات دشمن شب خون مارے گا اگر ایسا ہوا تو تمہارے اشعار " حم لاینصرون " کے الفاظ ہوں گے۔
aik sahabi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh aik martaba nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mujhe lagta hai keh aaj raat dushman shab khoon maare ga agar aisa hua to tumhare ashaar " hum la yansurun " ke alfaz honge.
A companion (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that once, I was in the service of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when a man came and asked him, "Are you the Messenger of Allah?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "Yes!" The man asked, "What do you invite to?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "I invite you to the worship of Allah, the One. Tell me, who is He whom you call upon when you are in distress, and He removes your distress? Who is He whom you supplicate when you are afflicted with famine, and He brings forth vegetation? Who is He whom you call upon when you are lost in a desert or forest, and He guides you back?" Hearing this, the man embraced Islam and said, "O Messenger of Allah! Advise me." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Do not curse anything." The narrator says, "Since the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) advised me, I have never cursed even a camel or a goat." And do not show reluctance in doing good, even if it is just meeting your brother with a cheerful face, pouring water from your bucket into the vessel of one who asks for water, and tying your lower garment up to mid-calf. If you cannot do that, then tie it up to the ankles, but avoid letting it hang down, for it is a form of arrogance, and Allah does not like arrogance.

ایک صحابی رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر تھا کہ ایک آدمی آیا اور نبی کریم ﷺ کو مخاطب کر کے کہنے لگا کیا آپ ہی اللہ کے پیغمبر ہیں؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ہاں! اس نے پوچھا کہ آپ کن چیزوں کی دعوت دیتے ہیں؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ میں اس اللہ کی طرف دعوت دیتا ہوں جو یکتا ہے یہ بتاؤ کہ وہ کون سی ہستی ہے کہ جب تم پر کوئی مصیبت آتی ہے اور تم اسے پکارتے ہو تو وہ تمہاری مصیبت دور کردیتی ہے؟ وہ کون ہے کہ جب تم قحط سالی میں مبتلا ہوتے ہو اور اس سے دعاء کرتے ہو تو وہ پیداوار ظاہر کردیتا ہے؟ وہ کون ہے کہ جب تم کسی بیابان اور جنگل میں راستہ بھول جاؤ اور اس سے دعاء کرو تو وہ تمہیں واپس پہنچا دیتا ہے؟
یہ سن کر وہ شخص مسلمان ہوگیا اور کہنے لگا یا رسول اللہ! مجھے کوئی وصیت کیجئے نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کسی چیز کو گالی نہ دینا وہ کہتے ہیں کہ اس کے بعد سے میں کبھی کسی اونٹ یا بکری تک کو گالی نہیں دی جب سے نبی کریم ﷺ نے مجھے وصیت فرمائی اور نیکی سے بےرغبتی ظاہر نہ کرنا اگرچہ وہ بات کرتے ہوئے اپنے بھائی سے خندہ پیشانی کے ساتھ ملنا ہی ہو پانی مانگنے والے کے برتن میں اپنے ڈول سے پانی ڈال دینا اور تہبند نصف پنڈلی تک باندھنا اگر یہ نہیں کرسکتے تو ٹخنوں تک باندھ لینا لیکن تہبند کو لٹکنے سے بچانا کیونکہ یہ تکبر ہے اور اللہ کو تکبر پسند نہیں ہے۔
Ek sahabi razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba mein Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir tha ki ek aadmi aaya aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko mukhatib kar ke kehne laga kya aap hi Allah ke paighambar hain? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya haan! Usne poocha ki aap kin cheezon ki dawat dete hain? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki mein is Allah ki taraf dawat deta hun jo yakta hai yeh batao ki woh kon si hasti hai ki jab tum par koi musibat aati hai aur tum use pukarte ho to woh tumhari musibat door kar deti hai? Woh kon hai ki jab tum qehat saali mein mubtala hote ho aur us se dua karte ho to woh paidaawar zahir karta hai? Woh kon hai ki jab tum kisi bayaban aur jungle mein rasta bhool jao aur us se dua karo to woh tumhein wapas pahuncha deta hai?
Yeh sun kar woh shakhs musalman hogaya aur kehne laga ya Rasulullah! Mujhe koi wasiyat kijiye Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kisi cheez ko gaali na dena woh kehte hain ki uske baad se mein kabhi kisi unt ya bakri tak ko gaali nahin di jab se Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujhe wasiyat farmai aur neki se bay raghbati zahir na karna agarcheh woh baat karte huye apne bhai se khushda peshani ke sath milna hi ho paani mangne wale ke bartan mein apne dol se pani dal dena aur tahband nisf pindeli tak bandhna agar yeh nahin kar sakte to takhnon tak bandh lena lekin tahband ko latkane se bachana kyunki yeh takabbur hai aur Allah ko takabbur pasand nahin hai.
It is narrated on the authority of a Sheikh, "who saw the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)", that once I set out on a journey with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he passed by a man who was reciting Surah Al-Kafirun. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "He has become free from Shirk (polytheism)." Then he saw another man who was reciting Surah Al-Ikhlas. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "By the blessings of this Surah, he will be forgiven."

ایک شیخ سے " جنہوں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو پایا ہے " مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کے ساتھ سفر پر نکلا تو نبی کریم کا گذر ایک آدمی پر ہوا جو سورت کافرون کی تلاوت کر رہا تھا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا یہ تو شرک سے بری ہوگیا پھر دوسرے آدمی کو دیکھا وہ سورت اخلاص کی تلاوت کر رہا تھا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اس کی برکت سے اس کی بخشش ہوگی۔
Ek sheikh se "jinhone Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko paya hai" marvi hai ki ek martaba main Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath safar par nikla to Nabi Kareem ka guzar ek aadmi par hua jo Surah Kafiroon ki tilawat kar raha tha Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya yeh to shirk se bari hogaya phir doosre aadmi ko dekha woh Surah Ikhlas ki tilawat kar raha tha Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya is ki barkat se is ki bakhshish hogi.
It is narrated from a companion, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cauterized Sa'd or 'As'ad ibn Zaraarah, may Allah be pleased with him, for a wound, and he said, "I will certainly adopt this treatment for whatever I feel health and well-being in."

ایک صحابی رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے حضرت سعدیا اسعد بن زرارہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو کسی زخم کی وجہ سے داغا اور فرمایا میں ان کے جس چیز میں صحت اور تندرستی محسوس کروں گا اس تدبیر کو ضرور اختیار کروں گا۔
aik sahabi razi Allah unhu se marvi hai ki nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hazrat saadiya asad bin zararah razi Allah unhu ko kisi zakhm ki wajah se daagha aur farmaya mein unke jis cheez mein sehat aur tandrusti mehsoos karoon ga us tadbeer ko zaroor ikhtiyar karoon ga.
It is narrated by some of the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When a slave woman is given her freedom, she has the right to choose [whether to stay with her husband or not], provided that he has not consummated the marriage with her. If she wishes, she can separate from her husband. But if he has consummated the marriage with her, then she does not have this right and cannot separate from him."

چند صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جب کسی باندی کو آزادی کا پروانہ مل جائے تو اسے اختیار مل جاتا ہے بشرطیکہ اس نے اس کے ساتھ ہمبستری نہ کی ہو " کہ اگر چاہے تو اپنے شوہر سے جدائی اختیار کرلے اور اگر وہ اس سے ہمبستری کرچکا ہو تو پھر اسے یہ اختیار نہیں رہتا اور وہ اس سے جدا نہیں ہوسکتی۔
Chand sahaba raziallahu anhu se marvi hai keh nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jab kisi bandi ko azadi ka parwana mil jaye to use ikhtiyar mil jata hai basharte keh usne uske sath hambistari na ki ho keh agar chahe to apne shohar se judai ikhtiyar karle aur agar wo us se hambistari kar chuka ho to phir use ye ikhtiyar nahi rehta aur wo us se juda nahi hosakti.
It is narrated by some companions (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When a slave woman is given her freedom, she has the right to choose, provided he has not had intercourse with her. If she wishes, she may separate from her husband. But if he has had intercourse with her, then she does not have this right and cannot separate from him."

چند صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جب کسی باندی کو آزادی کا پروانہ مل جائے تو اسے اختیارمل جاتا ہے بشرطیکہ اس نے اس کے ساتھ ہمبستری نہ کی ہو " کہ اگر چاہے تو اپنے شوہر سے جدائی اختیار کرلے اور اگر وہ اس سے ہمبستری کر چکاہو تو پھر اسے یہ اختیار نہیں رہتا اور وہ اس سے جدا نہیں ہوسکتی۔
Chand sahaba raziallahu anhu se marvi hai ke nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jab kisi bandi ko azadi ka parwana mil jaye to use ikhtiyar mil jata hai basharte ke usne uske sath humbistari na ki ho ke agar chahe to apne shohar se judai ikhtiyar karle aur agar wo us se humbistari kar chuka ho to phir use ye ikhtiyar nahi rehta aur wo us se juda nahi ho sakti.
