Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11121
It is narrated by Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The best rows for men are the first and the worst are the last, and the best rows for women are the last and the worst are the first. O assembly of women! When men prostrate, you should lower your gaze and do not look at the private parts of men through the openings of their lower garments."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا مردوں کی صفوں میں سب سے بہترین صف پہلی اور سب سے کم ترین صف آخری ہوتی ہے اور عورتوں کی صفوں میں سب سے بہترین آخری اور سب سے کم ترین صف پہلی ہوتی ہے، اے گروہ خواتین! جب مرد سجدہ کریں تو تم اپنی نگاہیں پست رکھا کرو اور تہبند کے سوراخوں سے مردوں کی شرمگاہوں کو نہ دیکھا کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Razi Allah Anhu marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mardon ki saffon mein sab se behtarin saf pehli aur sab se kam tareen saf akhri hoti hai aur aurton ki saffon mein sab se behtarin akhri aur sab se kam tareen saf pehli hoti hai, aye giroh khawateen! Jab mard sajdah karen to tum apni nigahein past rakha karo aur tahband ke suraakh se mardon ki sharmgaahon ko na dekha karo.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" خَيْرُ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ الصَّفُّ الْمُقَدَّمُ، وَشَرُّهَا الصَّفُّ الْمُؤَخَّرُ، وَخَيْرُ صُفُوفِ النِّسَاءِ الْمُؤَخَّرُ، وَشَرُّهَا الْمُقَدَّمُ"، وَقَالَ:" يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ، لَا تَرْفَعْنَ رُءُوسَكُنَّ إِذَا سَجَدْتُنَّ، لَا تَرَيْنَ عَوْرَاتِ الرِّجَالِ مِنْ ضِيقِ الْأُزُرِ".
