The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2745
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the day of the Battle of the Trench, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) fought the enemy and because of that the afternoon prayer (Asr) was delayed from its time. Seeing this, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "O Allah! Fill their houses and their graves with fire, for they have prevented us from praying the afternoon prayer."

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ غزوہ خندق کے دن نبی ﷺ نے دشمن سے قتال کیا اور اس کی وجہ سے نماز عصر اپنے وقت سے مؤخر ہو گئی، یہ دیکھ کر نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اے اللہ! ان کے گھروں اور قبروں کو آگ سے بھر دے کہ انہوں نے ہمیں نماز عصر نہیں پڑھنے دی۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Ghazwa Khandaq ke din Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne dushman se qatal kiya aur is ki wajah se namaz Asr apne waqt se moakhir ho gayi, yeh dekh kar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: “Aye Allah! In ke gharon aur qabron ko aag se bhar de ke unhon ne hamen namaz Asr nahin parhne di.".
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِلَالٌ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ: قَاتَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَدُوًّا، فَلَمْ يَفْرُغْ مِنْهُمْ حَتَّى أَخَّرَ الْعَصْرَ عَنْ وَقْتِهَا، فَلَمَّا رَأَى ذَلِكَ قَالَ:" اللَّهُمَّ مَنْ حَبَسَنَا عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى، فَامْلَأْ بُيُوتَهُمْ نَارًا، وَامْلَأْ قُبُورَهُمْ نَارًا" وَنَحْوَ ذَلِكَ.
