Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4867
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever attends a funeral procession and offers the funeral prayer, he will get a reward equal to one Qirat." Someone asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) what a Qirat is. So the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is equal to the mountain of Uhud."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جو شخص جنازے کے ساتھ جائے اور نماز جنازہ پڑھے اسے ایک قیراط کے برابر ثواب ملے گا“ کسی شخص نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے پوچھا کہ قیراط کیا ہوتا ہے؟ تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”احد پہاڑ کے برابر ہوتا ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar RA se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah SAW ne farmaya: ”Jo shakhs janaze ke sath jaye aur namaz janaza padhe usay ek qirat ke barabar sawab milay ga“ kisi shakhs ne Nabi Kareem SAW se poocha ki qirat kya hota hai? To Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya: ”Uhud pahari ke barabar hota hai“.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ الْبَرَّادِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَى جَنَازَةٍ فَلَهُ قِيرَاطٌ"، فَسُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" مَا الْقِيرَاطُ"؟ قَالَ:" مِثْلُ أُحُدٍ".
