Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5805
It is narrated on the authority of our leader Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, that on the day of the conquest of Makkah (while on the steps of the Ka'bah) the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said, “Remember! The blood money for one killed with a piece of wood or a stick is one hundred camels. According to some chains of narration, there is an increase in this blood money, which includes forty pregnant camels. Remember! Every pride, every blood feud and every claim of the era of ignorance is under my two feet. However, the covenants of providing water to the pilgrims and the custodianship of the key to the House of Allah, I uphold them for those entrusted with them."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ فتح مکہ کے دن (خانہ کعبہ کی سیڑھیوں پر) نبی ﷺ فرما رہے تھے کہ یاد رکھو! لکڑی یا لاٹھی سے مقتول ہو جانے والے کی دیت سو اونٹ ہے، بعض اسانید کے مطابق اس میں دیت مغلظہ ہے جن میں چالیس حاملہ اونٹیاں بھی ہوں گی، یاد رکھو! زمانہ جاہلیت کا ہر تفاخر، ہر خون اور ہر دعوی میرے ان دو قدموں کے نیچے ہے، البتہ حاجیوں کو پانی پلانے اور بیت اللہ شریف کی کلید برداری کا جو عہدہ ہے میں اسے ان عہدوں کے حاملین کے لئے برقرار رکھتا ہوں۔
Sayyidina Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Fath Makkah ke din (Khanah Kaaba ki seedhiyon per) Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) farma rahe the ki yaad rakho! Lakdi ya lathi se maqtool ho jaane wale ki diyat sau unt hai, baz asanid ke mutabiq is mein diyat mughalza hai jin mein chalis hamil auntiyan bhi hongi, yaad rakho! Zamanah jahiliyat ka har tafakhur, har khoon aur har daawa mere in do qadmon ke neeche hai, albatta haajiyon ko pani pilane aur Bait Allah Shareef ki kilid bardari ka jo uhda hai mein ise un uhdon ke hamileno ke liye barqaraar rakhta hun.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ السَّدُوسِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ، فَقَالَ:" أَلَا إِنَّ دِيَةَ الْخَطَإِ الْعَمْدِ بِالسَّوْطِ أَوْ الْعَصَا مُغَلَّظَةٌ، مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ، مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ خَلِفَةً فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا، أَلَا إِنَّ كُلَّ دَمٍ وَمَالٍ وَمَأْثُرَةٍ كَانَتْ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيَّ، إِلَّا مَا كَانَ مِنْ سِقَايَةِ الْحَاجِّ وَسِدَانَةِ الْبَيْتِ، فَإِنِّي قَدْ أَمْضَيْتُهَا لِأَهْلِهَا".
