Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6123
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "Whoever allows his garment to trail on the ground out of pride, Allah Almighty will not look at him with mercy on the Day of Judgement."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کو ارشاد فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جو شخص تکبر کی وجہ سے اپنے کپڑے زمین پر گھسیٹتا ہے اللہ تعالیٰ قیامت کے دن اس پر نظر رحم نہیں فرمائے گا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko irshad farmate huye suna hai ki jo shakhs takabbur ki wajah se apne kapde zameen par ghaseetta hai Allah Ta'ala qayamat ke din us par nazar-e-reham nahin farmaye ga.
حَدَّثَنَا مَكِّيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَنْظَلَةُ ، سَمِعْتُ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ , يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ:" مَنْ جَرَّ ثَوْبَهُ خُيَلَاءَ، لَمْ يَنْظُرْ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ".
