Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6134
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that there was a man from the Ansar who used to be cheated by people in business transactions. He also had a stutter. He complained to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about the deception being done to him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "When you make a sale, then you should say, 'There is no deception in this sale.'" Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "By Allah, it's as if I can still hear him saying 'La Khilaba' while making a sale, and his tongue was stammering."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ انصار کا ایک آدمی تھا جسے بیع میں لوگ دھوکہ دیتے تھے اس کی زبان میں لکنت بھی تھی اس نے نبی ﷺ سے اپنے ساتھ ہونے والے دھوکے کی شکایت کی نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: جب تم بیع کیا کرو تو تم یوں کہہ لیا کرو کہ اس بیع میں کوئی دھوکہ نہیں ہے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ واللہ یوں محسوس ہوتا ہے جسے اب بھی میں اسے بیع کرتے ہوئے " لا خلابہ " کہتے ہوئے سن رہا ہوں اور اس کی زبان اڑ رہی ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Ansar ka ek aadmi tha jise bay mein log dhoka dete thay uski zubaan mein luknat bhi thi usne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se apne sath hone wale dhokhe ki shikayat ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Jab tum bay kiya karo to tum yun keh liya karo ki is bay mein koi dhoka nahin hai Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a farmate hain ki Wallahu yun mehsoos hota hai jise ab bhi main use bay karte hue "La khilaba" kehte hue sun raha hun aur uski zubaan ur rahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ لَا يَزَالُ يُغْبَنُ فِي الْبُيُوعِ، وَكَانَتْ فِي لِسَانِهِ لُوثَةٌ، فَشَكَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا يَلْقَى مِنَ الْغَبْنِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِذَا أَنْتَ بَايَعْتَ، فَقُلْ: لَا خِلَابَةَ"، قَالَ: يَقُولُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: فَوَاللَّهِ لَكَأَنِّي أَسْمَعُهُ يُبَايِعُ، وَيَقُولُ: لَا خِلَابَةَ، يُلَجْلِجُ بِلِسَانِهِ.
