Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6135

Narrated by Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade that a man should sell over the sale of his brother, nor should he propose marriage over the proposal of his brother.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے اس بات سے منع فرمایا: ہے کہ کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر بیع کرے اور اپنے بھائی کے پیغام نکاح پر اپنا پیغام نکاح بھیجے۔

Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is baat se mana farmaya hai ki koi shakhs apne bhai ki bay par bay kare aur apne bhai ke paigham nikah par apna paigham nikah bheje.

حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ ، وَسَعْدٌ , قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" نَهَى أَنْ يَخْطُبَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ، أَوْ يَبِيعَ عَلَى بَيْعِهِ".
