Chapter: The Mu'tamir does not cut the Tahlil until they commence Tawaf.
باب: لا يقطع المعتمر التلبية حتى يفتتح الطواف

Mujaahid said that Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) used to recite the Talbiyah during 'Umrah until he touched the Black Stone, then he would stop. And Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to recite the Talbiyah during 'Umrah until he saw the House in Makkah, then he would stop reciting the Talbiyah and start the Takbir and Dhikr until he touched the Black Stone.

(٩٤٠٨) مجاہد کہتے ہیں کہ ابن عباس (رض) عمرہ میں تلبیہ کہتے تھے ، حتیٰ کہ حجر اسود استلام کا فرماتے ، پھر چھوڑ دیتے اور ابن عمر (رض) عمرہ میں تلبیہ کہتے، حتیٰ کہ جب مکہ کے گھر دیکھتے تو تلبیہ چھوڑ دیتے اور تکبیر اور ذکر شروع کردیتے ، حتیٰ کہ حجر اسود کو چھوتے۔
(9408) Mujahid kahte hain ki Ibn Abbas (RA) Umrah mein talbiyah kahte the, hatta ki Hajar Aswad istalaam ka farmate, phir chhor dete aur Ibn Umar (RA) Umrah mein talbiyah kahte, hatta ki jab Makkah ke ghar dekhte to talbiyah chhor dete aur takbeer aur zikr shuru kar dete, hatta ki Hajar Aswad ko chhute.
Abdul Malik said: I asked Ata when should a person performing Umrah stop reciting Talbiyah? He replied: Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When he enters the Haram (Sacred Mosque). And Ibn Abbas said: When he touches the Black Stone. So, I said: O Abu Muhammad! Which of these two opinions do you prefer? He said: The opinion of Ibn Abbas.

(٩٤٠٩) عبدالملک کہتے ہیں کہ عطاء سے پوچھا گیا کہ عمرہ کرنے والا تلبیہ کب چھوڑے ؟ تو انھوں نے کہا : ابن عمر (رض) کہتے ہیں : جب حرم میں داخل ہو اور ابن عباس کہتے ہیں : جب حجر اسود کو چھوئے تو میں نے کہا : اے ابو محمد ! ان دونوں میں سے آپ کو کون سی بات پسند ہے تو انھوں نے کہا : ابن عباس کا قول۔
9409 Abd-ul-Malik kehte hain ki Ata se puchha gaya ki Umra karne wala Talbiyah kab chhode to unhon ne kaha Ibn-e-Umar (Razi Allah Anhu) kehte hain jab Haram mein dakhil ho aur Ibn-e-Abbas kehte hain jab Hajar-e-Aswad ko chhuye to main ne kaha aye Abu Muhammad in donon mein se aap ko kaun si baat pasand hai to unhon ne kaha Ibn-e-Abbas ka qaul.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would continue reciting Talbiyah during Umrah until he touched the Black Stone, and during Hajj until he threw stones at Jamarat.

(٩٤١١) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) عمرہ میں جب تک حجر اسود کو نہ چھوتے تلبیہ کہتے رہتے اور حج میں رمی جمار تک۔
(9411) ibn e abbas (rz) farmate hain ke nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) umrah mein jab tak hajar e aswad ko na chhute talbiyah kahte rahte aur hajj mein rami jamar tak.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) continued reciting the Talbiyah during Umrah until he touched the Black Stone.

(٩٤١٢) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) عمرہ میں تلبیہ کہتے رہے حتیٰ کہ حجر اسود کو چھوا۔
(9412) ibne abbas (rz) farmate hain keh nabi (sallallaho alaihe wasallam) umrah mein talbiyah kehte rahe hatta keh hajar aswad ko chhua.
(9413) Amr bin Shu'aib, narrating from his father, and he from his grandfather, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed Umrah three times. Every time he would stop reciting the Talbiyah when he touched the Black Stone.
The Shaikh said: It is incorrect to say this is Marfu' (directly attributed to the Prophet). Ibn Abi Laila is prone to mistakes, especially when he narrates from 'Ata, he makes many errors. The scholars have declared him weak.

(٩٤١٣) عمرو بن شعیب اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے تین عمرے کیے ۔ ہر مرتبہ تلبیہ اس وقت بند کرتے تھے جب حجر اسود کو چھوتے۔
شیخ فرماتے ہیں : اس کو مرفوع کہنا غلط ہے، ابنِ ابی لیلی کثیر الوہم ہے ، بالخصوص جب وہ عطاء سے روایت کرتے ہیں تو بہت غلطی کرتے ہیں۔ اہلِ علم نے اسے ضعیف قرار دیا ہے۔
(9413) Amr bin Shoaib apne walid se aur wo apne dada se riwayat karte hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne teen umre kiye. Har martaba talbiyah us waqt band karte the jab Hajar Aswad ko chhote.
Sheikh farmate hain: Is ko marfoo karna galat hai, Ibn e Abi Laila kaseer alwahm hai, bilkhusus jab wo Ata se riwayat karte hain to bahut ghalti karte hain. Ahle ilm ne ise zaeef karar diya hai.
Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went out for 'Umrah, he did not stop reciting the Talbiyah until he touched the Black Stone.

(٩٤١٤) ابوبکر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) عمرہ کرنے کے لیے نکلے تو اس وقت تک تلبیہ بند نہ کیا جب تک حجر اسود کو نہ چھو لیا۔
