Chapter on hastening in two days after the Day of Sacrifice.
باب من تعجل في يومين بعد يوم النحر
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9683
(9683) Abdur Rahman bin Ya'mur Dila'i narrates: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) standing at Arafat. Some people from the people of Najd came to him and asked him about Hajj. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Hajj is the Day of Arafat. Whoever finds it before the Fajr prayer has found Hajj. The Days of Mina are three days after the day of sacrifice. There is no harm on the one who hastens (leaving Mina) in two days and there is no harm on the one who delays.

(٩٦٨٣) عبدالرحمن بن یعمردیلی فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو عرفات میں کھڑے دیکھا، آپ کے پاس اہل نجد میں سے کچھ لوگ آئے ، انھوں نے حج کے بارے میں پوچھا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : حج یوم عرفہ ہے جس نے صبح کی نماز سے پہلے اسے پا لیا اس نے حج کو پا لیا، ایامِ منیٰ تین ایام تشریق ہیں، جس نے دو دن میں جلدی کی، اس پر کوئی گناہ نہیں اور جس نے تاخیر کی اس پر بھی کوئی گناہ نہیں۔
(9683) abdul rehman bin yaamur dehli farmate hain ke maine rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko arafaat mein kharay dekha, aap ke pass ehl najd mein se kuch log aye, unhon ne hajj ke bare mein poocha to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: hajj yome arafah hai jis ne subah ki namaz se pehle use pa liya us ne hajj ko pa liya, ayyam e minna teen ayyam e tashreeq hain, jis ne do din mein jaldi ki us par koi gunah nahi aur jis ne takheer ki us par bhi koi gunah nahi.
(9684) Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the statement of Allah, the Lord of the worlds, {Whoever hastens (in breaking his fast) in two days, there is no sin on him, and whoever delays (until the third day), there is no sin on him}: "Whoever hastens in two days, he will be forgiven, and whoever delays for three days, he will also be forgiven." Da'eef, Qudamah is unknown, and Dhahak did not meet Ibn 'Abbas.

(٩٦٨٤) ابن عباس (رض) اللہ رب العالمین کے فرمان { فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِیْ یَوْمَیْنِ فَلَآ اِثْمَ عَلَیْہِ وَ مَنْ تَاَخَّرَ فَلَآ اِثْمَ عَلَیْہِ } کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں : جس نے دو دن میں جلدی کی اس کو بھی معاف کردیا جائے گا اور جس نے تین دنوں تک تاخیر کی اس کو بھی معاف کردیا جائے گا۔ ضعیف، قدامہ مجہول الحال ہے اور ضحاک کی ابن عباس سے ملاقات نہیں۔
9684 Ibn Abbas RA Allah Rab ul Aalameen ke farman { Fa man ta'ajjala fi yawmayni falaa isma alayhi wa man ta'akh-khara falaa isma alayhi } ke bare mein farmate hain : Jis ne do din mein jaldi ki us ko bhi maaf kar diya jaye ga aur jis ne teen dinon tak takheer ki us ko bhi maaf kar diya jaye ga. Zaeef, Qadama majhool ul haal hai aur Zuhaak ki Ibn Abbas se mulaqat nahin.
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "{Whoever returns (to his family) quickly (after Hajj) within two days, there is no sin on him}," meaning that he will return in a state where his sins have been forgiven or he will be forgiven.

(٩٦٨٥) ابن عمر (رض) فرماتے ہیں : { فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِیْ یَوْمَیْنِ فَلَآ اِثْمَ عَلَیْہِ } یعنی وہ اس حال میں لوٹے گا کہ اس کے گناہ معاف کردیے جائیں گے یا اس کو معاف کردیا جائے گا۔
(9685) Ibne Umar (RA) farmate hain : { faman ta'ajjala fi yawmayni falaa isma alaihi } yani woh iss haal mein lautega keh uske gunah maaf kar diye jayenge ya usko maaf kar diya jayega.
