Kaseer bin Abdullah narrates from his father, and he from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Reconciliation between Muslims is permissible except for one who makes lawful what is forbidden and makes forbidden what is lawful."

(١١٣٥٢) کثیر بن عبداللہ اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سینقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : مسلمان کے درمیان صلح جائز ہے مگر جو حرام کو حلال کر دے اور حلال کو حرام کر دے۔
Kaseer bin Abdullah apne walid se aur wo apne dada Saynqal farmate hain ke Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Musalman ke darmiyan sulh jaiz hai magar jo haram ko halal kar de aur halal ko haram kar de.
Idrees Alaudi says that Saeed bin Barda brought out a book and said: This is the book that Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) sent to Abu Musa. It is written in it that reconciliation between people is permissible, except for a reconciliation that makes the unlawful lawful and the lawful unlawful.

(١١٣٥٣) ادریس الاودی فرماتے ہیں سعید بن بردہ نے ایک کتاب نکالی اور کہا : یہ وہ کتاب ہے جو عمر (رض) نے ابو موسیٰ کی طرف بھیجی تھی۔ اس میں لکھا تھا کہ لوگوں کے درمیان صلح جائز ہے مگر ایسی صلح جو حرام کو حلال کر دے اور حلال کو حرام کر دے وہ جائز نہیں۔
Idrees al-Aoodi farmate hain Saeed bin Burdah ne ek kitab nikali aur kaha: yeh woh kitab hai jo Umar (RA) ne Abu Moosa ki taraf bheji thi. Is mein likha tha ke logon ke darmiyan sulh jaiz hai magar aisi sulh jo haram ko halal kar de aur halal ko haram kar de woh jaiz nahin.
(11355) (a) Abu Salama narrated from his father that the wife of 'Abdur-Rahman was made to compromise on her share (of inheritance) and this is carried out on the assumption that she knew her share.
(b) It is narrated from Shurayh that he said: "If a woman is made to compromise on her one-eighth share and she does not know what her husband left behind, then this is a matter of doubt and uncertainty."

(١١٣٥٥) (الف) ابو سلمہ اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ عبدالرحمن کی بیوی کی اس کے حصے سے صلح کروائی گئی اور یہ اس بات پر محمول ہے کہ وہ اپنے حصے کو جانتی تھیں۔
(ب) شریح سی منقول ہے کہ انھوں نے کہا : جس عورت کی آٹھویں حصے پر صلح کروائی گئی اور اسے علم نہ ہو کہ اس کے خاوند نے کیا چھوڑا ہے تو یہ شک وشبہ والا معاملہ ہے۔
(11355) (alif) abu salma apne walid se naqal farmate hain ki abdurrahman ki biwi ki is ke hisse se sulh karwai gai aur ye is baat par mahmul hai ki wo apne hisse ko janti thin.
(be) sharih se manqol hai ki unhon ne kaha : jis aurat ki aathwein hisse par sulh karwai gai aur use ilm na ho ki us ke khawand ne kya chhora hai to ye shak o shuba wala mamla hai.
Salem narrated: When someone owed gold or silver to Ibn Umar, he would give him the choice between the two, saying, "Take whichever of the two types you prefer." Then he would consult with the people and give him whichever they advised. Once the person had accepted one of the types, Abdullah saw no harm in it.

(١١٣٥٦) سالم فرماتے ہیں : جب ابن عمر (رض) پر کسی آدمی کا سونا یا چاندی ہوتی تو وہ اسے اختیا ردے دیتے کہ تو وہ دونوں صنفوں میں سے جو تجھے زیادہ پسند ہے لے لے۔ پھر وہ لوگوں سے مشورہ کر کے جس کا تقاضا کرتا تو وہ اسے دے دیتے۔ جب وہ آدمی اس صنف کو قبول کرلیتا تو عبداللہ اس میں کوئی حرج نہ سمجھتے تھے۔
(11356) Salim farmate hain : Jab Ibn Umar (RA) par kisi aadmi ka sona ya chandi hoti to wo use ikhtiyar de dete ke tu wo donon sinfon mein se jo tujhe ziada pasand hai le le. Phir wo logon se mashwara kar ke jis ka taqaza karta to wo use de dete. Jab wo aadmi us sinf ko qubool karleta to Abdullah us mein koi harj na samajhte the.
Said, the freed slave of Hasan bin Ali, reported: I had some Dirhams with Ibn Umar. I demanded those from him. He said: "I will pay you when I get the money." Said reported: "When he got 100 Dinars, I came to him. He said to his slave: "Take these Dinars to the market. When you find a good price, buy Dirhams with them and pay him (Said) his Dirhams. And if you think it is better, sell them (the Dinars) for Dirhams and pay him (Said) his Dirhams."

(١١٣٥٧) حسن بن علی کے غلام سعید فرماتے ہیں کہ میرے ابن عمر پر درہم تھے، میں نے ان سے وہ لینے کا مطالبہ کیا تو انھوں نے کہا : جب مجھے پیسے ملیں گے تو تم کو دے دوں گا۔ سعید کہتے ہیں : جب ان کو ١٠٠ دینار مل گئے تو میں ان کے پاس آیا۔ انھوں نے اپنے غلام سے کہا : یہ دینار بازار لے جاؤ۔ جب قیمت لگ جائے تو ان سے اس کے درہم واپس کردینا اور اگر اسے اچھا لگے کہ تو درہموں کے بدلے انھیں بیچ دے تو ایسا کرلینا اور اسے اس کے درہم دے دینا۔
Hasan bin Ali ke ghulam Saeed farmate hain ke mere Ibn Umar par dirham the, main ne un se woh lene ka mutalba kiya to unhon ne kaha : jab mujhe paise milen ge to tum ko de dun ga. Saeed kahte hain : jab un ko 100 dinar mil gaye to main un ke pas aaya. Unhon ne apne ghulam se kaha : ye dinar bazaar le jao. Jab qeemat lag jaye to un se is ke dirham wapas kar dena aur agar ise achha lage ke to dirhamon ke badle inhen bech de to aisa karlena aur ise is ke dirham de dena.
