باب ارتفاق الرجل بجدار غيره بوضع الجذوع عليه بأجرة وغير أجرة
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 11373
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: None of you should prevent his neighbor from fixing a wooden peg in his wall. Abu Huraira (RA) then said: I see that you dislike this (Hadith). By Allah! I will continue to narrate it.

(١١٣٧٣) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم میں سے کوئی اپنے ہمسائے کو دیوار میں کھونٹی گاڑنے سے نہ روکے۔ پھر ابوہریرہ (رض) نے فرمایا : میں تمہیں دیکھتا ہوں کہ تم اس سے اعراض کر رہے ہو، اللہ کی قسم ! میں تو اس حدیث کا اعلان کرتا رہوں گا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Tum mein se koi apne hamsaye ko deewar mein khunti gaarne se na roke. Phir Abu Huraira (RA) ne farmaya: Mein tumhein dekhta hun ki tum is se airaz kar rahe ho, Allah ki qasam! Mein to is hadith ka elan karta rahun ga.
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "None of you should prevent his neighbor from placing a wooden beam on his wall." He then said: "Why do you turn away from it? By Allah, I will continue to narrate this Hadith."

(١١٣٧٤) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم میں سے کوئی اپنے ہمسائے کو دیوارپر لکڑی رکھنے سے منع نہ کرے۔ پھر فرمایا : تم اس سے اعراض کیوں کرتے ہو ! اللہ کی قسم ! میں تو اس حدیث کو بیان کرتا ہی رہوں گا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Tum mein se koi apne hamsaye ko deewar par lakdi rakhne se mana na kare. Phir farmaya: Tum is se airaz kyun karte ho! Allah ki qasam! Main to is hadees ko bayan karta hi rahunga.
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When your neighbor asks your permission to insert a wooden peg in the wall, do not withhold it from him." When Abu Hurairah narrated this hadith, the listeners lowered their heads. So he said, "What is the matter with you that I see you turning away? By Allah! I will keep narrating this hadith.".

(١١٣٧٥) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب تمہارا ہمسایہ تم سے دیوار میں لکڑی گاڑنے کے بارے میں اجازت طلب کرے تو اسے نہ روکو۔ جب ابوہریرہ نے یہ حدیث بیان کی تو سامعین نے اپنے سروں کو جھکا لیا تو فرمایا : کیا ہوا میں تم کو اعراض کرنے والا کیوں پاتا ہوں ؟ اللہ کی قسم ! میں تو اس حدیث کو بیان کرتا ہی رہوں گا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : Jab tumhara hamsayh tum se deewar mein lakdi gaarne ke baare mein ijazat talab kare to usay na roko. Jab Abu Huraira ne yeh hadees bayaan ki to sami'een ne apne saron ko jhuka liya to farmaya : Kiya hua mein tum ko airaz karne wala kyun pata hun ? Allah ki qasam ! mein to is hadees ko bayaan karta hi rahun ga.
(11377) Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade that one should drink directly from a waterskin and that one should not forbid one’s neighbor to fix a wooden peg in one’s wall.

(١١٣٧٧) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے منع کیا کہ مشکیزے سے (بلا واسطہ) پیا جائے اور کوئی اپنی دیوار میں ہمسائے کو لکڑی گاڑنے سے منع نہ کرے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai keh Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne mana kya keh mashkize se (bila vasita) piya jaye aur koi apni deewar mein hamsaye ko lakdi gaarne se mana na kare.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: It is not permissible for a neighbor to forbid his neighbor from placing a wooden peg in his wall.

(١١٣٧٨) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ہمسائے کے لیے جائز نہیں کہ اپنے ہمسائے کو اپنی دیوار میں لکڑی گاڑنے سے منع کرے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Hamsaye ke liye jaiz nahi hai ki apne hamsaye ko apni diwar mein lakdi gaadne se mana kare.
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "When one of your neighbors asks you for permission to put a peg in (your) wall, do not refuse him."

(١١٣٧٩) حضرت ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب تم میں سے کسی کا ہمسایہ اس سے دیوار میں کھونٹی لگانے کے بارے میں پوچھیتو وہ اسے نہ روکے۔
hazrat ibn abbas (rz) se riwayat hai ki rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : jab tum mein se kisi ka hamsayh us se deewar mein khonti lagane ke bare mein poochheto woh use na roke.
Narrated by Ibn `Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When you differ about a path, leave seven cubits of it; and whoever builds a house, he should place its pillar a cubit away from his neighbor's wall."

(١١٣٨٠) حضرت ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب تم میں راستے کے بارے میں اختلاف ہوجائے تو اسے سات ہاتھ چھوڑ دو اور جو مکان بنائے۔ اسے اپنے ہمسائے کی دیوار کے ساتھ ستون رکھنا چاہیے۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : Jab tum mein rastey ke barey mein ikhtilaf hojaye to usay saat hath chhor do aur jo makan banaye. Usay apne hamsaye ki deewar ke sath sutun rakhna chahiye.
Narrated Ibn `Abbas (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Do not prevent your neighbor from placing a wooden beam in his wall." He added, "Should you disagree about the placement, then leave a space of seven cubits."

(١١٣٨١) حضرت ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم میں سے کوئی اپنے ہمسائے کو اپنی دیوار میں لکڑی رکھنے سے نہ روکے اور جب تم میں راستے کے بارے میں اختلاف ہوجائے تو اسے سات ہاتھ رکھ لیا کرو۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Tum mein se koi apne hamsaye ko apni deewar mein lakdi rakhne se na roke aur jab tum mein raste ke bare mein ikhtilaf hojae to use saat hath rakh liya karo.
Ukrama bin Salma narrated: Two brothers of Bani Mughira met Mujammi bin Jariya Ansari. He said: I bear witness that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ordered that a neighbor should not prevent his neighbor from fixing a wooden peg (into his wall). The one who had sworn said: I know that the verdict has been passed against me and I have sworn an oath, so you fix the peg other than in my wall. So the other fixed his piece of wood in the column. Umar said: I heard this myself.

(١١٣٨٢) عکرمہ بن سلمہ فرماتے ہیں : بنی مغیرہ کے دو بھائی مجمع بن یز ید انصاری کو ملے۔ اس نے کہا : بیشک میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حکم دیا کہ ہمسائے اپنے ہمسائے کو لکڑی گاڑنے سے نہ روکے، قسم اٹھانے والے نے کہا : مجھے معلوم ہے کہ تیرے حق میں فیصلہ کردیا گیا ہے اور میں نے قسم اٹھائی ہے تو تو میری دیوار کے علاوہ ستون گاڑلے تو دوسرے نے ستون میں اپنی لکڑی کو گاڑ لیا۔ حضرت عمرو فرماتی ہیں کہ میں نے یہ واقعہ خود سنا ہے۔
Akarma bin Salma farmate hain: Bani Mugheera ke do bhai Majma bin Yazid Ansari ko mile. Usne kaha: Beshak mein gawahi deta hun ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne hukum diya ke hamsaye apne hamsaye ko lakdi gaadne se na roke, qasam uthane wale ne kaha: Mujhe maloom hai ke tere haq mein faisla kar diya gaya hai aur maine qasam uthai hai to tu meri deewar ke ilawa sutun gaad le to dusre ne sutun mein apni lakdi ko gaad liya. Hazrat Umar farmate hain ke maine ye waqeya khud suna hai.
Yahya bin Ja'dah reported: A man of Medina determined to place his beam on the wall of his neighbor without his permission. He forbade him (to do so). Then someone from the Ansar informed him that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) had forbidden doing so. He was then compelled to give the permission.

(١١٣٨٣) یحییٰ بن جعدہ فرماتے ہیں : مدینہ کے ایک آدمی نے ارادہ کیا کہ اپنے شہتیر اپنے پڑوسی کی دیوار پر رکھے بغیر اجازت کے۔ اس نے اسے منع کردیا۔ پھر انصاریوں میں سے کسی نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایسا کرنے سے منع کیا ہے پھرا سے مجبور کیا گیا۔
Yahya bin Jada farmate hain : Madine ke ek aadmi ne irada kiya ke apne shatir apne padosi ki deewar par rakhe baghair ijazat ke. Usne use mana kar diya. Phir Ansarion mein se kisi ne bayan kiya ke Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne aisa karne se mana kiya hai phir use majboor kiya gaya.
