Narrated Abu Huraira: A man entered the mosque while Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was sitting in a corner of the mosque. He (the man) offered his prayer and then came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and greeted him. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Wa 'Alaikas Salam (May peace be upon you). Go and pray again, for you have not prayed." The man went back and prayed, and again came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and greeted him. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Wa 'Alaikas Salam. Go and pray again, for you have not prayed." The man said for the third or fourth time, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Please teach me (how to pray)." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "When you intend to offer your prayer, perform ablution well, then face the Qibla and pronounce Takbir (Allahu-Akbar), then recite what you know from the Qur'an. Then bow with calmness till you feel at ease, then raise your head and stand straight. Then prostrate with calmness till you feel at ease, then raise your head and sit with calmness till you feel at ease. And do the same throughout your prayer."

(٢٢٥٨) سیدنا ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی مسجد میں داخل ہوا اور رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مسجد کے اندر ایک کونے میں تشریف فرما تھے۔ اس نے نماز پڑھی، پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور سلام عرض کیا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : وعلیک السلام جاؤ دوبارہ نماز پڑھو؛ کیونکہ تم نے نماز نہیں پڑھی۔ وہ لوٹ گیا اور نماز پڑھی، پھر دوبارہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور سلام عرض کیا۔ آپ نے فرمایا : وعلیک السلام جاؤ پھر نماز پڑھو ؛کیونکہ تم نے نماز نہیں پڑھی۔ اس نے تیسری یا چوتھی بار عرض کیا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! مجھے سکھا دیجیے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب تو نماز کا ارادہ کرلے تو اچھی طرح وضو کر، پھر قبلہ رخ ہو کر تکبیر کہہ، پھر قرآن میں سے جو تجھے آسان ہو پڑھ، پھر اطمینان سے رکوع کر ، پھر سر اٹھا کر سیدھا کھڑا ہوجا، پھر اطمینان سے سجدہ کر، پھر سجدے سے سر اٹھا کر اطمینان سے بیٹھ جا، پھر اسی طرح اپنی ساری نماز پڑھ۔
2258 Saidana Abu Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai ki ek aadmi masjid mein daakhil hua aur Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) masjid ke andar ek kone mein tashreef farma the. Usne namaz parhi, phir Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur salam arz kiya. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Wa Alaikum Assalam jao dobara namaz parho kyunki tum ne namaz nahin parhi. Woh laut gaya aur namaz parhi, phir dobara Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur salam arz kiya. Aap ne farmaya: Wa Alaikum Assalam jao phir namaz parho kyunki tum ne namaz nahin parhi. Usne teesri ya chauthi baar arz kiya: Aye Allah ke Rasool! Mujhe sikha dijiye. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jab tu namaz ka irada karle to achhi tarah wazu kar, phir qibla rukh ho kar takbeer keh, phir Quran mein se jo tujhe aasan ho parh, phir itmenaan se ruku kar, phir sar utha kar seedha khara ho ja, phir itmenaan se sajdah kar, phir sajde se sar utha kar itmenaan se baith ja, phir isi tarah apni sari namaz parh.
Abu Ahmad `Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Hasan al-`Adl informed us, Abu `Abdullah Muhammad bin Ya`qub informed us, Ibrahim bin `Abdullah informed us, Yazid bin Harun informed us, Husayn informed us, from Badil bin Maysarah, from Abu al-Jawza', from `Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, she said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would begin the prayer with the takbir" And he mentioned the hadith. Muslim narrated it in his Sahih, from the hadith of Husayn al-Mu`allim, and Ahmad bin Zayd differed in its chain of narration.
٢٢٥٩ - ہمیں ابو احمد عبداللہ بن محمد بن حسن العدل نے بتایا، ہمیں ابو عبداللہ محمد بن یعقوب نے بتایا، ہمیں ابراہیم بن عبداللہ نے بتایا، یزید بن ہارون نے ہمیں بتایا، حسین نے ہمیں بتایا، بدیل بن میسرہ سے، ابو الجوزاء سے، عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے، انہوں نے کہا: "رسول اللہ ﷺ نماز کا آغاز تکبیر سے کرتے تھے" اور حدیث کا ذکر کیا۔ اسے مسلم نے صحیح میں حسین المعلم کی روایت سے نقل کیا ہے، اور حماد بن زید نے اس کی سند میں اختلاف کیا ہے۔
2259 - humain abu ahmad abdullah bin muhammad bin hasan ul adal ne bataya humain abu abdullah muhammad bin yaqoob ne bataya humain ibrahim bin abdullah ne bataya yazid bin haroon ne humain bataya hussain ne humain bataya badeel bin misrah se abu al juza se ayesha razi allah anha se unhon ne kaha rasool allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) namaz ka aaghaz takbeer se karte the aur hadees ka zikar kya ise muslim ne sahih mein hussain ul mu'allim ki riwayat se naqal kya hai aur hamad bin zaid ne is ki sanad mein ikhtilaf kya hai
Umm al-Mu'minin, Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would start the prayer with Takbir (saying Allahu Akbar) and would begin the recitation with {Al-hamdu lillahi rabbil-alamin} (All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds).

(٢٢٦٠) ام المومنین سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نماز تکبیر کے ساتھ شروع فرماتے اور قرات { الْحَمْدُ لِلَّہِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِینَ } سے شروع کرتے تھے۔
2260 Umm ul Momineen Sayyeda Ayesha (RA) se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) namaz takbeer ke sath shuru farmate aur qirat {Alhamdulillah hir Rabbi lil Aalameen} se shuru karte thay.
Hadith no 2261: It is narrated by Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The key to prayer is purity, its beginning is takbeer (saying Allahu Akbar), and its ending is tasleem (saying Assalamu Alaikum).
Imam Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) states in his old opinion that this is how it is narrated from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).

(٢٢٦١) حضرت علی (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : نماز کی کنجی وضو ہے اور اس کا شروع کرنا تکبیر ہے اور اس سے نکلنا سلام ہے۔
امام شافعی (رح) قول قدیم میں فرماتے ہیں کہ اسی طرح ابن مسعود (رض) سے منقول ہے۔
(2261) Hazrat Ali (RA) se riwayat hai ki aap (SAW) ne farmaya: Namaz ki kunji wazu hai aur is ka shuru karna takbeer hai aur is se nikalna salam hai. Imam Shafi (RH) qaul qadeem mein farmate hain ki isi tarah Ibn Masud (RA) se manqol hai.
