Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12096
Narrated Anas bin Malik (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) passed by a date-palm tree and said, "Had it not been from a Sadaqa (charity), I would have eaten from it."

(١٢٠٩٦) حضرت انس بن مالک (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ایک کھجورع کے پاس سے گزرے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اگر یہ صدقہ کی نہ ہوتی تو میں اسے کھا لیتا۔
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (RA) se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah (SAW) aik khajoor ke paas se guzre. Aap (SAW) ne farmaya: Agar yeh sadaqah ki na hoti to main ise kha leta.
Narrated Anas (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) passed by a date that had fallen on the way, and said: "Were I not afraid that it might be Sadaqa (charity), I would have eaten it." The narrator said: Ibn 'Umar (RA) passed by a date lying on the road and he ate it. We have narrated from Abu Huraira (RA) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "I enter my house, and find a date lying on my bed, and in one narration: I do not know whether this date is Sadaqa or belongs to the house; I leave it, and it does not come under the rulings of Luqatah (lost and found items).

(١٢٠٩٧) حضرت انس سے (رض) روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ایک کھجور کے پاس سے گزرے جو راستے میں پڑی ہوئی تھی، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اگر مجھے یہ ڈر نہ ہوتا کہ یہ صدقہ کی ہے تو میں اسے کھا لیتا، راوی کہتے ہیں : ابن عمر (رض) راستے میں پڑی ہوئی ایک کھجور کے پاس سے گزرے تو اسے کھالیا۔
ہم نے ابوہریرہ (رض) کی روایت بیان کی ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : میں گھر میں داخل ہوتا ہوں، اپنے بستر پر پڑی کھجور پاتا ہوں اور ایک روایت میں ہے کہ میں نہیں جانتا یہ کھجور صدقہ کی ہے یا گھر کی ۔ میں اسے چھوڑ دیتا ہوں اور یہ لقطہ کے حکم میں نہیں آتی۔
Hazrat Anas se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah ek khajoor ke paas se guzre jo raaste mein padi hui thi, Aap ne farmaya: Agar mujhe yeh dar na hota keh yeh sadqah ki hai to mein ise kha leta, raavi kehte hain: Ibn Umar raaste mein padi hui ek khajoor ke paas se guzre to use kha liya.
Hum ne Abu Hurairah ki riwayat bayan ki hai keh Nabi ne farmaya: Mein ghar mein dakhil hota hun, apne bistar par padi khajoor pata hun aur ek riwayat mein hai keh mein nahin janta yeh khajoor sadqah ki hai ya ghar ki. Mein ise chhor deta hun aur yeh luqtah ke hukum mein nahin aati.
Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) permitted us to pick up a stick, a whip, a rope and things like that, for a person to pick them up and benefit from them.

(١٢٠٩٨) حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ہمیں چھڑی، کوڑا اور رسی اور اس جیسی چیزیں اٹھانے کی اجازت دی کہ آدمی ان کو اٹھالے اور ان سے فائدہ اٹھائے۔
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasulullah (SAW) ne hamen chhari, kora aur rassi aur is jaisi cheezen uthane ki ijazat di ke aadmi in ko uthale aur in se faidah uthaye.
It is narrated on the authority of Ya'la bin Murrah that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever finds a small lost item, such as a rope, a dirham, or something similar, then they should announce it for three days. If they wish, they may do so for up to six days.

(١٢١٠٠) حضرت یعلیٰ بن مرہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جسے کوئی ہلکی سی چیز گری ہوئی ملے رسی یا درہم یا اس جیسی کوئی اور چیز تو وہ تین دن تک اس کا اعلان کرے۔ اگر وہ پسند کرے تو چھ دن تک کر دے۔
Hazrat Ya'la bin Murrah se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: jise koi halki si cheez giri hui mile rassi ya dirham ya is jaisi koi aur cheez to woh teen din tak uska elan kare. Agar woh pasand kare to chhe din tak kar de.
Talha's slave Farukh narrates that I heard from Umme Salma (may Allah be pleased with her), when she was asked about trash, she said: If someone finds trash belonging to his brother, he should pick it up. There is no harm in it. He said: What about a rope? Umme Salma (may Allah be pleased with her) said: There is no harm in that either. He asked: What about a utensil? Umme Salma (may Allah be pleased with her) said: There is no harm in a utensil either, there is expense in it and benefit. It is narrated from Hasan that he gave permission regarding trash, stick, and leather, if someone finds them.

(١٢١٠١) طلحہ کے غلام فروخ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت ام سلمہ (رض) سے سنا، ان سے کوڑے کے بارے میں سوال کیا گیا تو انھوں نے فرمایا : اپنے بھائی کا کوڑا کسی کو ملے تو وہ اٹھالے۔ اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے، اس نے کہا : رسی ؟ ام سلمہ (رض) نے کہا : اس میں بھی کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔ اس نے پوچھا : کوئی برتن ؟ ام سلمہ (رض) نے کہا : برتن میں بھی کوئی حرج نہیں ہے، اس میں خرچ ہے اور فائدہ ہے، حضرت حسن سے روایت ہے کہ انھوں نے کوڑے، چھڑی اور چمڑے میں رخصت دی۔ اگر کسی کو مل جائے۔
Talha ke ghulam Farooq farmate hain ke maine Hazrat Umm Salma (RA) se suna, unse kore ke bare mein sawal kiya gaya to unhon ne farmaya: Apne bhai ka kora kisi ko mile to wo uthale is mein koi harj nahi hai, usne kaha: Rassi? Umm Salma (RA) ne kaha: Is mein bhi koi harj nahi hai. Usne pucha: Koi bartan? Umm Salma (RA) ne kaha: Bartan mein bhi koi harj nahi hai, is mein kharch hai aur faidah hai, Hazrat Hassan se riwayat hai ki unhon ne kore, chhari aur chamre mein rukhsat di agar kisi ko mil jaye.
