(12485) Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: When a child cries, it is given to the possession of a Jinn. In one narration, it is said: “This is the touch of the Satan. Every son of Adam experiences it, except Mary and her son. This is because when she gave birth (to him), she said: ‘I seek refuge for him in You, and (for) his progeny from Satan, the outcast. So, Satan touched them from behind a veil.” Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Satan touches every son of Adam on the day when his mother gives birth to him, except 'Eisa, son of Mary. Satan went to touch him, but touched the placenta instead. Abu Huraira said: “I have seen that cry that comes out of the child when his mother gives birth to him, that is from (the touch) of Satan.”

(١٢٤٨٥) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب بچہ رو پڑے تو وہ وارث بنادیا جائے گا۔
ایک روایت کے الفاظ ہیں : یہ شیطان کا چھونا ہے، ہر بنی آدم کا اس سے واسطہ پڑتا ہے مگر مریم اور اس کا بیٹا اس لیے کہ جب وہ پیدا ہوئے تو ان کی ماں نے کہا : بیشک میں اسے تیری پناہ میں دیتی ہوں اور اس کی اولاد کو بھی شیطان مردود سے پس شیطان نے ان کو پردے میں سے چھو لیا تھا۔
حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ہر بنی آدم کو شیطان چوکا لگاتا ہے اس کی پیٹھ میں۔ جب اسے اس کی ماں جنتی ہے مگر عیسیٰ بن مریم۔ وہ (شیطان) چھونے کے لیے گیا پس پردے میں سے چھوا تھا، حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) نے کہا : میں نے اس چیخ کو دیکھا جو بچے سے نکلتی ہے، جب اسے اس کی ماں جنم دیتی ہے، پس وہ اسی (شیطان) کی جانب سے ہے۔
(12485) Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jab baccha ro paray to woh waris bana diya jaye ga.
Ek riwayat ke alfaz hain: Yeh shaitan ka chhona hai, har bani Adam ka is se wasta parta hai magar Maryam aur is ka beta is liye keh jab woh paida huye to un ki maan ne kaha: Beshak mein ise teri panaah mein deti hun aur is ki aulad ko bhi shaitan mardood se pas shaitan ne un ko parde mein se chhu liya tha.
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai keh Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Har bani Adam ko shaitan chukka lagata hai is ki peeth mein. Jab use is ki maan janti hai magar Isa bin Maryam. Woh (shaitan) chhune ke liye gaya pas parde mein se chhua tha, Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) ne kaha: Maine is cheekh ko dekha jo bacche se nikalti hai, jab use is ki maan janam deti hai, pas woh isi (shaitan) ki janib se hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that it is established from the Sunnah that no soul can inherit or be made to inherit until it cries. I have heard the same from Saeed bin Musayyab that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The child does not inherit until it cries." And Istihlal means crying, coughing or weeping, and its creation will not be complete. Saeed said: "The funeral prayer will not be offered for it."

(١٢٤٨٦) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ سنت سے ثابت ہے کوئی نفس وارث نہیں بن سکتا اور نہ وارث بنایا جاسکتا ہے یہاں تک کہ وہچیخپڑے۔ میں نے اسی طرح سعید بن مسیب سے سنا ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : بچہ اس وقت تک وارث نہیں بن سکتا یہاں تک کہ وہ رو پڑے اور استہلال کا مطلب ہے، چیخ، کھانسی یا رونا اور اس کی دیت مکمل نہ ہوگی۔ سعید فرماتے ہیں : اس پر نماز جنازہ ہی نہ پڑھی جائے گی۔
12486 Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) se riwayat hai keh sunnat se sabit hai koi nafs waris nahin ban sakta aur na waris banaya ja sakta hai yahan tak keh woh cheekh pare main ne isi tarah Saeed bin Musayyib se suna hai keh Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: bachcha us waqt tak waris nahin ban sakta yahan tak keh woh ro pare aur istedlal ka matlab hai cheekh khansi ya rona aur is ki deet mukammal na hogi Saeed farmate hain: is par namaz janaza hi na parhi jayegi.
The Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wife, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the estates he had given to Aisha, "If you have already used or possessed them, then they are yours. Otherwise, from today onward, they belong to the heir, and they are your two brothers and two sisters. Distribute them according to the Book of Allah." Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said, "By Allah, O my dear father! If that is the case, I relinquish my claim." She then asked, "One sister is Asma, who is the other?" Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) replied, "The one in the womb of the wife of Julaybib. I think it is a girl.”

(١٢٤٨٧) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی زوجہ حضرت عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ حضرت ابوبکر صدیق (رض) نے ان وسقوں کے بارے میں کہا جو انھوں نے عائشہ (رض) کو دیے تھے کہ اگر تو نے انھیں کاٹ لیا ہے اور قبضہ میں لے لیا ہے تو تیرے ہیں۔ ورنہ وہ آج سے وارث کا مال ہے اور وہ تیرے دو بھائی اور دو بہنیں ہیں، اللہ کی کتاب کے مطابق تقسیم کرلینا، عائشہ (رض) نے کہا : اللہ کی قسم ! اے ابا جان ! اگر ایسی بات ہے تو میں چھوڑ دیتی ہوں۔ ایک اسماء بہن ہے، دوسری کون ہے ؟ ابوبکر (رض) نے کہا : خارجہ کی بیٹی کے پیٹ میں میرے خیال میں لڑکی ہے۔
(12487) Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki zojai Hazrat Ayesha (Razi Allahu Anha) farmati hain keh Hazrat Abubakar Siddiq (Razi Allahu Anhu) ne unn wasqon ke bare mein kaha jo unhon ne Ayesha (Razi Allahu Anha) ko diye thay keh agar tu ne unhen kaat liya hai aur qabza mein le liya hai to tere hain warna woh aaj se waris ka maal hai aur woh tere do bhai aur do bahen hain Allah ki kitab ke mutabiq taqseem karlena Ayesha (Razi Allahu Anha) ne kaha Allah ki qasam ae aba jaan agar aisi baat hai to mein chhor deti hon ek Asma bahan hai dusri kon hai Abubakar (Razi Allahu Anhu) ne kaha Kharija ki beti ke pet mein mere khayal mein ladki hai
The wife of Zayd ibn Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) said: One day Zayd ibn Thabit came to me and said: If you need, shall we speak to your father regarding your inheritance? Indeed, the Commander of the Faithful, Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) has made the child in the womb an inheritor, and Umm Sa'd was pregnant at the time of her father's murder. So Umm Sa'd said: I will not take anything from my sisters.

(١٢٤٨٨) زید بن ثابت (رض) کی بیوی نے کہا : ایک دن میری طرف زید بن ثابت آئے اور کہا : اگر تجھے ضرورت ہو تو ہم تیرے باپ سے تیری میراث کے بارے میں بات کریں ؟ بیشک امیرالمومنین عمر بن خطاب (رض) نے حمل والے کو وارث بنایا ہے اور ام سعد باپ کے قتل کے وقت حمل میں تھیں، پس ام سعد نے کہا : میں اپنی بہنوں سے کچھ نہ لوں گی۔
Zaid bin Sabit (RA) ki biwi ne kaha: Ek din meri taraf Zaid bin Sabit aaye aur kaha: Agar tujhe zarurat ho to hum tere baap se teri miraas ke baare mein baat karen? Beshak Amir-ul-Momineen Umar bin Khattab (RA) ne hamal wale ko waris banaya hai aur Umme Saad baap ke qatal ke waqt hamal mein thin, pas Umme Saad ne kaha: Main apni behenon se kuch na lun gi.
