باب ما جاء في خطبة النكاح
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13826
(13826) 'Ubaydah bin 'Abdullah narrates from his father that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) taught us the Khutbah (sermon) of need. All praise is for Allah. Indeed, all praise is for Allah. We seek His help and forgiveness and seek refuge in Allah from the evil of our souls. Whomever Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, guides, none can misguide him, and whomever Allah leaves astray, none can guide him. I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, and Muhammad (ﷺ) is His Messenger. Then, you recite these three verses: { يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا } [An-Nisa' 1] "O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from a single soul and created from it its mate." { يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ } [Al-'Imran 102] "O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared." { يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا * يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا } [Al-Ahzab 70-71] "O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice. He will [then] amend your deeds for you and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment." Then, he should mention his need. Shu'bah said: I asked Abu Ishaq: Is this regarding the Khutbah of marriage or other than that as well? He said: In every need.

(١٣٨٢٦) عبیدہ بن عبداللہ اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ہمیں خطبہ حاجت سکھایا۔ تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں۔ بیشک تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں۔ ہم اسی سے مدد و بخشش طلب کرتے ہیں اور اپنے نفس کی شرارتوں سے اللہ کی پناہ چاہتے ہیں۔ جس کو اللہ رب العزت ہدایت دے اس کو گمراہ کرنے والا کوئی نہیں اور جس کو اللہ گمراہ کریں اس کو ہدایت دینے والا کوئی نہیں۔ میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں اور محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اللہ کے رسول ہیں۔ پھر آپ یہ تین آیات تلاوت کرتے : { یٰٓاَیُّھَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوْا رَبَّکُمُ الَّذِیْ خَلَقَکُمْ مِّنْ نَّفْسٍ وَّاحِدَۃٍ وَّ خَلَقَ مِنْھَا زَوْجَھَا } [النساء ١] ” اے لوگو ! اپنے رب سے ڈر جاؤ، جس نے تمہیں ایک جان سے پیدا کیا ہے اور اس سے اس کی بیوی بھی پیدا کی ہے۔ “ { یٰٓاَیُّھَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ حَقَّ تُقٰتِہٖ } [آل عمران ١٠٢] ” اے لوگو ! جو ایمان لائے ہو اللہ سے ڈر جاؤ جیسے اس سے ڈرنے کا حق ہے۔ “ { یٰٓاَیُّھَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ قُوْلُوْا قَوْلًا سَدِیْدًا ۔ یُّصْلِحْ لَکُمْ اَعْمَالَکُمْ وَ یَغْفِرْلَکُمْ ذُنُوْبَکُمْ وَ مَنْ یُّطِعِ اللّٰہَ وَ رَسُوْلَہٗ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِیْمًا ۔ } [الاحزاب ٧٠، ٧١] ” اے لوگو ! جو ایمان لائے ہو اللہ سے ڈر جاؤ اور درست بات کہو، وہ تمہارے اعمال درست کر دے گا۔۔۔“ اس کے بعد اپنی حاجت کا تذکرہ کرے۔ شعبہ کہتے ہیں : میں نے ابواسحاق سے پوچھا : یہ نکاح کے خطبہ کے بارے میں ہے یا اس کے علاوہ بھی ؟ کہنے لگے : ہر حاجت میں۔
13826 Ubaidah bin Abdullah apne walid se naql farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne hamen khutba hajat sikhaya. Tamam tareefain Allah ke liye hain. Beshak tamam tareefain Allah ke liye hain. Hum usi se madad o bakhshish talab karte hain aur apne nafs ki shararton se Allah ki pana chahte hain. Jis ko Allah Rab ul Izzat hidayat de us ko gumrah karne wala koi nahin aur jis ko Allah gumrah karen us ko hidayat dene wala koi nahin. Main gawahi deta hun ki Allah ke ilawa koi mabood nahin aur Muhammad ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Allah ke Rasul hain. Phir aap ye teen aayaten tilawat karte: {Ya Ayyuhal Lazeena Amanut Taqullaha Haqqa Tuqatihi} [Al-Imran 102] “Aye logo! Jo imaan laye ho Allah se dar jao jaise us se darne ka haq hai.” {Ya Ayyuhal Lazeena Amanut Taqullaha Wa Qulu Qawlan Sadida. Yuslih Lakum Aamalakum Wa Yaghfir Lakum Zunubakum Wa Man Yutiillaha Wa Rasulahu Faqad Faza Fawzan Azeema.} [Al-Ahzab 70, 71] “Aye logo! Jo imaan laye ho Allah se dar jao aur durust baat kaho, woh tumhare aamaal durust kar dega...” Is ke bad apni hajat ka tazkirah kare. Shubah kahte hain: Main ne Abu Ishaq se puchha: Ye nikah ke khutba ke bare mein hai ya is ke ilawa bhi? Kahne lage: Har hajat mein.
Narrated `Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to say in the sermon of need, "He who (Allah) is invoked for needs, etc." But he did not mention what Shu`ba said from Abu Ishaq.

(١٣٨٢٧) حضرت عبداللہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) حاجت کے خطبہ میں کہا کرتے تھے : اس کے مثل ذکر کیا ہے، لیکن شعبہ نے جو ابی اسحاق سے کہا اس کا ذکر نہیں ہے۔
(13827) Hazrat Abdullah (rz) se riwayat hai ki aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) hajat ke khutba mein kaha karte the: Iske misl zikr kya hai, lekin shuba ne jo abi ishaq se kaha uska zikr nahi hai.
(13828) Israel has also mentioned the same, but they say { يٰٓاَیُّھَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوْا رَبَّکُمُ الَّذِیْ خَلَقَکُمْ مِّنْ نَّفْسٍ وَّاحِدَۃٍ وَّ خَلَقَ مِنْھَا زَوْجَھَا وَ بَثَّ مِنْھُمَا رِجَالًا کَثِیْرًا وَّ نِسَآئً وَ اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ الَّذِیْ تَسَآئَ لُوْنَ بِہٖ وَ الْاَرْحَامَ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ کَانَ عَلَیْکُمْ رَقِیْبًا } [ النساء 1] “O mankind! Be wary of your Lord who created you from a single soul and created its mate from it, and spread from the two of them many men and women. And be wary of Allah, whose name you use to ask one another, and regarding the wombs. Indeed, Allah is ever watching over you." They then mentioned the next two verses, but they didn't say to speak to him about your need.

(١٣٨٢٨) اسرائیل نے بھی اسی کے مثل ذکر کیا ہے، لیکن فرماتے ہیں { یٰٓاَیُّھَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوْا رَبَّکُمُ الَّذِیْ خَلَقَکُمْ مِّنْ نَّفْسٍ وَّاحِدَۃٍ وَّ خَلَقَ مِنْھَا زَوْجَھَا وَ بَثَّ مِنْھُمَا رِجَالًا کَثِیْرًا وَّ نِسَآئً وَ اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ الَّذِیْ تَسَآئَ لُوْنَ بِہٖ وَ الْاَرْحَامَ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ کَانَ عَلَیْکُمْ رَقِیْبًا } [النساء ١] ” اے لوگو ! اپنے رب سے ڈر جاؤ، جس نے تمہیں ایک جان سے پیدا کیا اور اس کی بیوی بھی پیدا کی اور اس سے بہت سارے مرد اور عورتیں پیدا کیے اور اس اللہ سے ڈر جاؤ جس کو رشتہ داریوں کا واسطہ دے کر سوال کرتے ہو۔ بیشک اللہ تمہارا نگہبان ہے۔ اس کے بعد دوسری دو آیات ذکر کیں، لیکن یہ نہیں کہا کہ وہ اپنی حاجت کے بارے میں کلام کرے۔
(13828) Israel ne bhi isi ke misl zikar kya hai, lekin farmate hain { Ya ayyuha alnnasu ittaqu rabbakum allathee khalaqakum min nafsin waahidatin wa khalaqa minha zawjaha wa baththa minhuma rijalan kaseeran wa nisaaan wa ittaqu Allaha allathee tasaaaloona bihi wa alarrahama inna Allaha kana alaykum raqeeban } [Alnisa 1] ” Aye logo ! Apne Rab se dar jao, jisne tumhen ek jaan se paida kya aur uski biwi bhi paida ki aur us se bahut sare mard aur auraten paida kiye aur us Allah se dar jao jisko rishtedariyon ka wasta de kar sawal karte hain. Beshak Allah tumhara nigahban hai. Is ke bad dusri do aayaten zikar ki, lekin ye nahin kaha ki wo apni hajat ke bare mein kalam kare.
Abu Ubaid narrated from Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding the Khutbah of need (Khutbah Hajat): All praise is for Allah, we praise Him and seek His help, what an excellent example He is; however, it is not mentioned as marfu'.

(١٣٨٢٩) ابوعبید حضرت عبداللہ (رض) سے خطبہ حاجت کے بارہ میں نقل فرماتے ہیں : تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں، ہم اس کی حمد کرتے ہیں اور اس سے مدد طلب کرتے ہیں، اس کی مثل ذکر کیا ہے؛ لیکن مرفوع بیان نہیں کیا۔
(13829) aboobaid hazrat abdallah (raz) se khutba hajat ke bare mein naqal farmate hain : tamam tarifain allah ke liye hain, hum us ki hamd karte hain aur us se madad talab karte hain, us ki misl zikar kiya hai; lekin marfoo بیان nahin kiya.
Abdullah bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), when he would deliver the sermon, he would say: "All praise is due to Allah, we seek His help and forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of ourselves. Whomsoever Allah guides, none can misguide, and whomsoever Allah leaves astray, none can guide. And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is His servant and Messenger. Allah sent him with guidance and the religion of truth before the Day of Resurrection, as a bringer of good tidings and a warner. So whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has indeed achieved success, and whoever disobeys them, only harms himself, and cannot harm Allah in the slightest."

(١٣٨٣٠) حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود (رض) رسول کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ جب خطبہ ارشاد فرماتے تو کہتے : تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں ہم اس سے مدد و بخشش طلب کرتے ہیں۔ اور اپنے نفس کی شرارتوں سے اللہ کی پناہ چاہتے ہیں جس کو اللہ ہدایت دیں اس کو گمراہ کرنے والا کوئی نہیں اور جس کو اللہ گمراہ کریں اس کو ہدایت دینے والا کوئی نہیں اور میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں اور محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اللہ کے بندے اور رسول ہیں۔ اللہ نے آپ کو قیامت سے پہلے خوشخبری دینے والا اور ذرانے والا بنا کر مبعوث کیا ہے اور جس نے اللہ ورسول کی اطاعت کی وہ کامیاب ہوگیا اور جس نے نافرمانی کی وہ اپنا نقصان کرے گا اللہ کا کچھ نہ بگاڑ سکے گا۔
(13830) Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (RA) Rasool Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naqal farmate hain ke aap jab khutba irshad farmate to kehte tamam tareefain Allah ke liye hain hum us se madad o bakhshish talab karte hain aur apne nafs ki shararton se Allah ki panaah chahte hain jis ko Allah hidayat dein us ko gumrah karne wala koi nahin aur jis ko Allah gumrah karein us ko hidayat dene wala koi nahin aur mein gawahi deta hun ke Allah ke ilawa koi mabood nahin aur Muhammad ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Allah ke bande aur Rasool hain Allah ne aap ko qayamat se pehle khushkhabri dene wala aur darane wala bana kar mab'oos kiya hai aur jis ne Allah o Rasool ki itaat ki wo kamyab hogaya aur jis ne nafarmani ki wo apna nuqsan kare ga Allah ka kuch na bigar sake ga.
(13831) Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to teach us Tashahhud and Khutbah just like he would teach a Surah of the Quran. Physical and financial acts of worship are for Allah. O Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you, and peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is His servant and Messenger, and Khutbah, all praise is for Allah, we praise Him, we seek His help and forgiveness. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is the servant and Messenger of Allah. { وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءَلُونَ بِهِ وَالْأَرْحَامَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا} [An-Nisa 1] "And fear Allah, in whose name you ask one another (for your rights), and (fear) the ties of kinship. Surely Allah is ever a Watcher over you." {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا} [Al-Ahzab 70] "O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice." {يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ ۗ وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا} [Al-Ahzab 71] "He will [then] amend your deeds for you and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment."

(١٣٨٣١) حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ہمیں تشھد اور خطبہ اس طرح سکھاتے تھے جیسے قرآن کی کوئی سورة۔ بدن اور مالی عبادتیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں۔ اے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! آپ پر سلامتی، اللہ کی رحمت و برکات ہو، ہمارے اوپر اور اللہ کے نیک بندوں پر بھی سلامتی ہو۔ میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں اور محمد اللہ کے بندے اور رسول ہیں اور خطبہ، تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں، ہم اس کی حمد کرتے ہیں، ہم اس سے مدد و استغفار طلب کرتے ہیں، میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں اور محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اللہ کے بندے اور رسول ہیں { وَ اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ الَّذِیْ تَسَآئَ لُوْنَ بِہٖ وَ الْاَرْحَامَ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ کَانَ عَلَیْکُمْ رَقِیْبًا ۔ } [النساء ١] ” اور اللہ سے ڈرو جس کا واسطہ دے کر تم رشتہ داریوں کا سوال کرتے ہو۔ بیشک اللہ تمہارے اوپر نگہبان ہے۔ “ { یٰٓاَیُّھَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ قُوْلُوْا قَوْلًا سَدِیْدًا ۔ } [الاحزاب ٧٠] ” اے لوگو ! جو ایمان لائے ہو اللہ سے ڈر جاؤ اور درست بات کہو “ { یُصْلِحْ لَکُمْ اَعْمَالَکُمْ وَ یَغْفِرْلَکُمْ ذُنُوْبَکُمْ وَ مَنْ یُّطِعِ اللّٰہَ وَ رَسُوْلَہٗ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِیْمًا ۔ } [الاحزاب ٧١] ” تاکہ وہ تمہارے اعمال درست کر دے اور تمہارے گناہ معاف کر دے اور جس نے اللہ اور رسول کی اطاعت کی اس نے بہت بڑی کامیابی حاصل کرلی۔ “
13831 Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (Razi Allah Anhu) farmate hain ki Rasool Allah hamen tashud aur khutba is tarah sikhate thy jaise Quran ki koi sura. Badan aur mali ibadatian Allah ke liye hain. Aye Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم))! Aap per salamti, Allah ki rehmat o barkat ho, humare upar aur Allah ke naik bandon per bhi salamti ho. Main gawahi deta hun ki Allah ke ilawa koi mabood nahin aur Muhammad Allah ke bande aur Rasool hain aur khutba, tamam tarifain Allah ke liye hain, hum is ki hamd karte hain, hum is se madad o istighfar talab karte hain, main gawahi deta hun ki Allah ke ilawa koi mabood nahin aur Muhammad ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Allah ke bande aur Rasool hain {Wa-ittaqul laaha-al lazi tasaaa'alu na bihi wal arhaama inna llaaha kaana 'alaikum raqibaa}. [Alnisa 1] ” Aur Allah se daro jis ka wasta dekar tum rishtedariyon ka sawal karte hain. Beshak Allah tumhare upar nigahban hai “ {Yaaa-ayyuhaaa-al lazi na aamanoo-ittaqul laaha wa quloo kau lan sadidaa}. [Al Ahzab 70] ” Aye logon! Jo iman laye ho Allah se dar jao aur durust baat kaho “ {Yuslih lakum a'maalakum wa yaghfir lakum zunubakum wa mai-yyu ti'il laaha wa Rasoolahoo fa-qad faaza fau zan 'aziimaa}. [Al Ahzab 71] ” Taki wo tumhare amal durust karde aur tumhare gunah maaf karde aur jisne Allah aur Rasool ki ita'at ki usne bahut badi kamyabi hasil karli."
