Ibn 'Abbas narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If you find anyone doing as the people of Lot did, kill both the one who does it and the one to whom it is done."

(١٧٠١٩) ابن عباس فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جن کو تم قوم لوط والا عمل کرتے پاؤ تو فاعل اور مفعول دونوں کو قتل کر دو ۔
(17019) ibne abbas farmate hain ke nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : jin ko tum qom loot wala amal karte pao to fael aur mafool dono ko qatl kar do .
Ibn Abbas narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever commits sodomy or commits adultery with himself or with any of his mahrams or commits bestiality, then kill him."

(١٧٠٢٠) ابن عباس فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جو لواطت کرے یا اپنے آپ کو یا اپنی کسی محرم کے ساتھ زنا کرے یا جانور سے بدفعلی کرے اسے قتل کر دو ۔
(17020) ibn abbas farmate hain ke nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : jo liwat kare ya apne aap ko ya apni kisi mahram ke sath zina kare ya janwar se badfaili kare use qatl kar do .
(17024) Ibn 'Abbas was asked about the perpetrator of the act of Lot's people. He said: He should be hung upside down from the highest building of the city and stoned.

(١٧٠٢٤) ابن عباس سے لوطی فعل کے مرتکب کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا تو فرمایا : شہر کی سب سے اونچی عمارت پر الٹا لٹکا کر پتھر مارے جائیں۔
(17024) ibne abbas se looti fail ke murtakib ke bare mein poocha gaya to farmaya : shehar ki sab se oonchi imarat par ulta latka kar pathar maare jaen.
Imam Shafi'i said that Ibn Abbas, Ibn Musayab and I are of the opinion that a fornicator, whether married or unmarried, will be killed or stoned to death.

(١٧٠٢٧) سابقہ روایت
امام شافعی فرماتے ہیں کہ ابن عباس، ابن مسیب اور میرا بھی یہی مؤقف ہے کہ لوطی شادی شدہ ہو یا غیر شادی شدہ اسے قتل یا رجم ہی کیا جائے گا۔
(17027) sabaqah riwayat
imam shafai farmate hain ke ibn abbas ibn musaib aur mera bhi yahi mauqif hai ke looti shadi shuda ho ya ghair shadi shuda use qatl ya rajm hi kiya jayega.
Sa'wan bin Salim narrated that Khalid bin Walid wrote to Abu Bakr about some people among the Arabs who were contracting marriages between men like it is done with women, asking what he should do. Abu Bakr gathered the Companions, and on that day, the harshest statement was made by 'Ali, who said, "This is a sin that only one nation committed before, and you know what Allah did to them. Our opinion is that they should be burned with fire." All the Companions agreed upon this, so Abu Bakr wrote to Khalid to burn them.

(١٧٠٢٨) صفوان بن سلیم کہتے ہیں کہ خالد بن ولید نے حضرت ابوبکر کو لکھا کہ عرب کے یہاں کچھ لوگ ہیں، یہ مردوں سے ایسے نکاح کرتے ہیں جیسے عورتوں سے کیا جاتا ہے، بتائیں کیا کروں ؟ حضرت ابوبکر نے صحابہ کو جمع کرلیا تو اس دن سب سے سخت بات حضرت علی نے فرمائی، کہنے لگے : یہ ایسا گناہ ہے جو صرف ایک امت سے سرزد ہوا اور پھر جو اللہ نے ان کے ساتھ کیا وہ بھی آپ جانتے ہو۔ ہمارا خیال یہ ہے کہ انھیں آگ میں جلا دیا جائے تو تمام صحابہ اسی پر متفق ہوگئے تو ابوبکر نے حضرت خالد کو لکھا کہ انھیں جلا دو ۔
(17028) Safwan bin Saleem kehte hain ki Khalid bin Waleed ne Hazrat Abubakar ko likha ki Arab ke yahan kuch log hain, ye mardon se aise nikah karte hain jaise auraton se kiya jata hai, bataien kya karoon? Hazrat Abubakar ne sahaba ko jama kar liya to us din sab se sakht baat Hazrat Ali ne farmaai, kehne lage: ye aisa gunah hai jo sirf ek ummat se sarzad hua aur phir jo Allah ne unke sath kiya wo bhi aap jante ho. Humara khayal ye hai ki unhen aag mein jala diya jaye to tamam sahaba isi par muttafiq hogaye to Abubakar ne Hazrat Khalid ko likha ki unhen jala do.
Ata' said: "I was with Ibn az-Zubair when seven people who had been seized for committing sodomy were brought to him. Four of them were married and three were unmarried. He gave orders concerning the four and they were taken away and stoned. And he ordered that the three be given the prescribed number of lashes in the mosque. Ibn 'Umar and Ibn 'Abbas were both present (at that time)."

(١٧٠٣٠) عطاء کہتے ہیں کہ میں ابن زبیر کے پاس تھا کہ سات لواطت کے جرم میں گرفتار مجرم آئے چار شادی شدہ تھے اور تین غیر شادی شدہ تو آپ نے ان چار کے بارے میں حکم دیا کہ انھیں لے جاؤ اور رجم کر دو اور تین پر کوڑوں کی حد لگوائی مسجد میں اور ابن عمر اور ابن عباس بھی موجود تھے۔
(17030) Ata kehte hain ki main Ibn Zubair ke paas tha ki saat liwaatat ke jurm mein giriftar mujrim aaye chaar shadi shuda the aur teen ghair shadi shuda to aap ne un chaar ke baare mein hukm diya ki unhen le jao aur rajm kar do aur teen par kodon ki had lagwai masjid mein aur Ibn Umar aur Ibn Abbas bhi mojood the.
Ibrahim Nakha'i said that the punishment of Lot's people is the punishment for fornication: if [the perpetrator is] married, then stoning, otherwise lashes.
Sheikh [Albanee] said that in the opinion of Rabī' ibn Sulayman, Imam Shafi'i also returned to this [opinion].

(١٧٠٣٢) ابراہیم نخعی فرماتے ہیں کہ لوطی کی سزا زنا والی ہے اگر شادی شدہ ہے تو رجم ورنہ کوڑے لگائے جائیں۔
شیخ فرماتے ہیں کہ ربیع بن سلیمان کے گمان کے مطابق امام شافعی نے بھی اسی طرف رجوع کرلیا تھا۔
(17032) Ibrahim Nukhi farmate hain ke looti ki saza zina wali hai agar shadi shuda hai to rajm warna koray lagaye jayen. Sheikh farmate hain ke rabi bin sulaiman ke guman ke mutabiq imam shafai ne bhi isi taraf rujoo kar liya tha.
Abu Musa al-Ash'ari narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When a man has sexual intercourse with a man, they are both fornicators, and when a woman has sexual intercourse with a woman, they are both fornicators."

(١٧٠٣٣) ابو موسیٰ الاشعری فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب آدمی آدمی کے ساتھ کرے تو وہ دونوں زانی ہیں اور عورت عورت کے ساتھ کرے تو وہ دونوں بھی زانیہ ہیں۔
(17033) Abu Musa al ashari farmate hain ke nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : jab aadmi aadmi ke sath kare to wo donon zani hain aur aurat aurat ke sath kare to wo donon bhi zaniyah hain.
