Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 18017
Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: When Banu Qurayza appointed Sa'd bin Mu'adh as their arbitrator, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent for him. He came riding a donkey. When he approached the mosque, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Stand up for your chief or your good one." He (the Prophet) said, "These people have made you their arbitrator." He (Sa'd) said, "I give my verdict concerning them that their fighting men should be killed and their children and women should be taken as captives." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "You have given a judgment similar to the judgment of Allah."

(١٨٠١٧) ابو سعید خدری (رض) فرماتے ہیں : جب بنوقریظہ نے سعد بن معاذ کو اپنا ثالث بنایا تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کو پیغام بھیجا، وہ گدھے پر سوار ہو کر آئے۔ جب وہ مسجد کے قریب آئے تو آپ نے فرمایا : ” اپنے سردار یا اپنے اچھے کی طرف اٹھو۔ “ آپ نے فرمایا : ان لوگوں نے آپ کو ثالث بنایا ہے تو انھوں نے کہا : میں ان کے متعلق یہ فیصلہ کرتا ہوں کہ لڑائی کے قابل لوگوں کو قتل کردیا جائے اور بچوں کو قیدی بنایا جائے تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تو نے مالک (اللہ) کے فیصلہ کے ساتھ فیصلہ کیا ہے۔
(18017) Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) farmate hain : Jab Banu Quraizah ne Saad bin Muadh ko apna salis banaya to Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne unko paigham bheja, woh gadhe par sawar ho kar aaye. Jab woh masjid ke qareeb aaye to Aap ne farmaya : " Apne sardar ya apne achhe ki taraf utho. " Aap ne farmaya : In logon ne aap ko salis banaya hai to unhon ne kaha : Main in ke mutalliq yeh faisla karta hun ke larai ke qabil logon ko qatal kar diya jaye aur bachon ko qaidi banaya jaye to Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Tu ne Malik (Allah) ke faisle ke sath faisla kiya.
Sa'd bin Mu'adh passed the judgment about Banu Qurayza that their adult men should be killed and their wealth and children should be distributed as spoils of war. When this was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he said: "Sa'd has passed the judgment that Allah has passed from above seven heavens."

(١٨٠١٨) سعد بن معاذ نے بنی قریظہ کے بارے میں فیصلہ کیا کہ ان میں سے بالغوں کو قتل کیا جائے اور مال اور بچوں کو مال غنیمت کے طور پر تقسیم کیا جائے۔ یہ بات رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس ذکر کی گئی تو آپ نے فرمایا : سعد نے وہ فیصلہ کیا جو اللہ نے سات آسمانوں پر کیا ہے۔
18018 Saad bin Muaz ne Bani Quraizah ke bare mein faisla kya ke un mein se balighon ko qatl kya jaye aur maal aur bachchon ko maal e ghanimat ke tor par taqseem kya jaye. Ye baat Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke paas zikar ki gayi to aap ne farmaya: Saad ne wo faisla kya jo Allah ne saat aasmanon par kya hai.
Atiyyah al-Qurazi said: “I was among the Banu Qurayzah who were below the age of puberty. They killed those who had grown pubic hair. They spared those who had not. And I was among those who had not grown pubic hair yet.”

(١٨٠١٩) عطیہ قرظی فرماتے ہیں : میں بھی بنی قریظہ میں سے تھا جس کے زیر ناف بال تھے، اس کو قتل کیا گیا اور جس کے بال نہ تھے اس کو چھوڑ دیا گیا۔ میں اس وقت بغیر بال کے تھا۔
(18019) Atiya Qarzi farmate hain : mein bhi Bani Quraizah mein se tha jis ke zer e naaf baal thay, us ko qatal kiya gaya aur jis ke baal na thay us ko chhor diya gaya. Mein us waqt baghair baal ke tha.
Az-Zuhri narrated that Umayah al-Qurazi said: "I was among those whom Sa'd bin Mu'adh passed judgment on. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) had ordered that the men should be killed and the children taken prisoner. They brought me and were about to kill me, but when they uncovered my private parts, they found no pubic hair (I had not reached puberty) so they put me among the prisoners."

(١٨٠٢٠) عظیہ قرظی فرماتے ہیں : سعد بن معاذ نے جن کے متعلق فیصلہ کیا تھا ان میں میں بھی تھا۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے جنگجوؤں کے بارے میں قتل کا حکم دیا اور بچوں کو قیدی بنایا گیا۔ لوگ مجھے لائے، وہ مجھے بھی قتل کرنے والے تھے۔ انھوں نے میرا ستر کھولا تو میرے زیر ناف بال نہیں تھے (میں بالغ نہیں تھا) تو انھوں نے مجھے قیدیوں میں رکھا۔
Aziya Qarzi farmate hain : Saad bin Muaz ne jin ke mutalliq faisla kiya tha un mein mein bhi tha. Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne jangjuon ke bare mein qatl ka hukm diya aur bachchon ko qaidi banaya gaya. Log mujhe laaye, woh mujhe bhi qatl karne wale the. Unhon ne mera satar khola to mere zer naaf baal nahin the (mein baligh nahin tha) to unhon ne mujhe qaidion mein rakha.
