Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 18217
'Abdur-Rahman ibn Azhar narrated that he saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the Day of Hunayn, asking about the location of Khalid ibn al-Walid. A drunk man was brought to him, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to the people, "Hit him with what is in your hands." And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) threw dust at him.

(١٨٢١٧) عبدالرحمن بن ازہر فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو حنین کے دن دیکھا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) خالد بن ولید کی منزل کے بارے میں پوچھ رہے تھے کہ ایک شرابی لایا گیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے لوگوں سے کہا : جو ان کے ہاتھوں میں ہے اسے ماریں اور رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس پر مٹی ڈالی۔
(18217) abdul rahman bin azhar farmate hain ke maine rasool kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko hunain ke din dekha ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) khalid bin walid ki manzil ke bare mein pooch rahe the ke ek sharabi laya gaya to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne logon se kaha: jo in ke hathon mein hai use marein aur rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne us par mitti dali.
Abdul Hamid bin Ja’far narrated from his father and he from his grandfather regarding the story of Khaybar, that when wine was brought out from the fort of Sa’b bin Mu’adh and poured into the streets, a Muslim man intentionally drank some of it. When the matter reached the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he disapproved of it. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) hit him with his shoe and commanded the people to hit him with their shoes. He was called Abdullah Al-Ammar. He was a man who would not refrain from drinking wine. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) punished him several times. Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, “O Allah, curse him! How many times has he been punished?!” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “O Umar, do not say that. He loves Allah and His Messenger."

(١٨٢١٨) عبدالحمید بن جعفر اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سے خیبر کے قصہ کے بارے میں نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ صعب بن معاذ کے قلعہ سے شراب نکالی گئی اور گلیوں میں بہا دی گئی تو اس شراب سے کسی مسلمان شخص نے جان بوجھ کر پی لی۔ جب معاملہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) تک پہنچا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ناپسند فرمایا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اسے اپنے جوتے سے مارا اور لوگوں کو حکم فرمایا کہ وہ اپنے جوتے سے ماریں۔ اسے عبداللہ العمار کہا جاتا تھا۔ یہ ایسا شخص تھا جو شراب سے باز نہ آتا تھا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کو کئی مرتبہ سزا دی۔ حضرت عمر (رض) نے کہا : اے اللہ ! اس پر لعنت کہ یہ کتنی بار سزا دیا گیا ہے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اے عمر ! ایسا نہ کہو یہ اللہ اور رسول سے محبت کرتا ہے۔
(18218) Abdulhamid bin Jaffar apne walid se aur wo apne dada se Khyber ke qisse ke bare mein naql farmate hain ke Sa'ab bin Mu'adh ke qila se sharaab nikali gayi aur galiyon mein baha di gayi to is sharaab se kisi musalman shakhs ne jaan boojh kar pi li. Jab mamla Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) tak pahuncha to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne napasand farmaya. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne ise apne joote se mara aur logon ko hukm farmaya ke wo apne joote se marein. Ise Abdullah al-Umar kaha jata tha. Ye aisa shakhs tha jo sharaab se baaz na aata tha. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne is ko kai martaba saza di. Hazrat Umar (Razi Allah Anhu) ne kaha: Aye Allah! Is par laanat ke ye kitni baar saza diya gaya hai. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Aye Umar! Aisa na kaho ye Allah aur Rasool se mohabbat karta hai.
Ubadah bin Samit narrated that Abu Darda was with him when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered prayer on one of the camels of the spoils of war. When he (the Prophet) finished the prayer, he caught a louse from the hair of the camel's hump between his fingers and said, "Beware! This is your booty. I am only entitled to one-fifth of it, and even that one-fifth is returned to you. Return even a needle, a thread, or anything smaller or larger than that. Indeed, treachery in war booty is a cause of ruin in this world and the Hereafter. Fight in the way of Allah against those near and far, and do not let the blame of the blamer prevent you from striving in the cause of Allah. Establish the limits (of Allah's laws) in travel and residence, and make Jihad obligatory upon yourselves, for it is a great gate of Paradise. Through it, Allah, the Lord of Glory, grants relief from every distress and grief."

(١٨٢١٩) عبادہ بن صامت فرماتے ہیں کہ ان کے پاس ابو دردائ (رض) تھے کہ نبی اکرم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مقسم کے اونٹوں میں سے کسی ایک پر نماز ادا کی۔ جب آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نماز سے فارغ ہوئے تو اونٹ کی کوہان کے بالوں میں سے اپنی انگلیوں کے درمیان ایک چچڑی کو پکڑا اور فرمایا : خبردار ! یہ تمہارا مال غنیمت ہے، اس میں سے میرا صرف پانچواں حصہ ہے اور پانچواں حصہ بھی تم پر ہی لوٹا دیا جاتا ہے۔ تم سوئی اور دھاگہ یا اس سے چھوٹی یا بڑی چیز بھی واپس کر دو ۔ کیونکہ مال غنیمت میں خیانت دنیا اور آخرت میں رسوائی کا سبب ہے اور اللہ کے لیے قریب اور دور کے لوگوں سے جہاد کرو اور کسی ملامت کرنے والے کی ملامت تمہیں اللہ کے راستہ میں جہاد سے نہ روکے اور سفر و حضر میں حدود کو نافذ کرو اور جہاد کو لازم کر لو؛ کیونکہ یہ جنت کے دروازوں میں سے ایک بہت بڑا دروازہ ہے۔ اللہ رب العزت اس کے ذریعے ہر پریشانی اور غم سے نجات دے دیتے ہیں۔
Abada bin Samat farmate hain ke unke pas Abu Darda (RA) the ke Nabi Akram ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Muqsam ke oonton mein se kisi ek par namaz ada ki. Jab Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) namaz se farigh hue to oont ki kohan ke balon mein se apni ungliyon ke darmiyan ek chichhri ko pakra aur farmaya: Khabrdar! Ye tumhara maal ghanimat hai, is mein se mera sirf panchwan hissa hai aur panchwan hissa bhi tum par hi loota diya jata hai. Tum sui aur dhaga ya is se chhoti ya barri cheez bhi wapas kar do. Kyunki maal ghanimat mein khiyanat duniya aur akhirat mein ruswai ka sabab hai aur Allah ke liye qareeb aur door ke logon se jihad karo aur kisi malamat karne wale ki malamat tumhen Allah ke raaste mein jihad se na roke aur safar o hazir mein hudood ko nafiz karo aur jihad ko lazim kar lo; kyunki ye jannat ke darwazon mein se ek bahut bada darwaza hai. Allah Rab-ul-Izzat iske zariye har pareshani aur gham se nijaat de dete hain.
Muqaddam bin Ma'di Karib reported: I was sitting with 'Ubada, Abu Darda' and Harith bin Mu'awiya Kandi, and they were (discussing) the subject of hadith. 'Ubada said: The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) offered prayer facing his camel, then he mentioned the like of it. This hadith yields that you should observe the limits in travel and stay.

(١٨٢٢٠) مقدام بن معدیکرب فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ عبادہ، ابو درداء اور حارث بن معاویہ کندی کے ساتھ بیٹھے تھے اور حدیث کا مذاکرہ کر رہے تھے۔ حضرت عبادہ فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایک اونٹ کی جانب منہ کر کے نماز پڑھائی، پھر اس کی مثل ذکر کیا۔ اس حدیث میں ہے کہ تم سفر و حضر میں حدود کو نافذ کرو۔
Muqaddam bin Mu'ayqarib farmate hain ki woh Ubadah, Abu Darda aur Haris bin Mua'wiyah Kandi ke sath baithe the aur Hadith ka mudhakira kar rahe the. Hazrat Ubadah farmate hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne ek unt ki janib munh kar ke namaz padhai, phir us ki misal zikar kiya. Is Hadith mein hai ki tum safar-o-hazar mein hudood ko nafiz karo.
Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Implement the limits (of Allah) in travel and at home, among those near and those far, and do not fear the blame of the blamers in the matter of Allah."

(١٨٢٢١) حضرت عبادہ بن صامت (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : سفر و حضر میں قریب و بعید میں حدوں کو نافذ کرو اور اللہ کے بارے میں کسی ملامت گر کی ملامت کی پروا نہ کرو۔
(18221) Hazrat Ubadah bin Samit (RA) farmate hain ke Rasool Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Safar o hazar mein qareeb o baeed mein hudon ko nafiz karo aur Allah ke bare mein kisi malamat gar ki malamat ki parwah na karo.
Harun bin Asam narrated that Umar bin Al-Khattab dispatched Khalid bin Al-Walid with an army, and Khalid bin Al-Walid sent Dirar bin Al-Azwar with the cavalry. They launched a night raid against Banu Asad and captured a beautiful bride. Dirar was attracted to her, and with the consent of his companions, he slept with her. When they returned, he felt ashamed, and his hand became paralyzed. When he was brought to Khalid bin Al-Walid and informed him of what he had done, Khalid said that he considered the woman lawful for him. Dirar said, "No, write to Umar bin Al-Khattab." Umar wrote back that Dirar should be stoned to death. However, by the time Umar's letter arrived, Dirar had already passed away. The narrator said that Allah saved Dirar bin Al-Azwar from disgrace.

(١٨٢٢٢) ہارون بن اصم فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عمر بن خطاب (رض) نے خالد بن ولید کو ایک لشکر میں روانہ فرمایا اور حضرت خالد بن ولید نے ضرار بن ازور کو گھوڑ سواروں کے ساتھ بھیجا۔ انھوں نے بنو اسد پر شب خون مارا۔ انھیں ایک خوبصورت دلہن ملی۔ وہ ضرار کو اچھی لگی تو ساتھیوں کی رضامندی کے بعد ضرار اس پر واقع ہوگئے۔ جب واپس پلٹے تو شرمندہ ہوئے اور ہاتھ کو فالج ہوگیا۔ جب انھیں خالد بن ولید کے پاس لایا گیا اور جو انھوں نے کیا تھا اس کی خبر دی تو حضرت خالد کہنے لگے کہ میں اس عورت کو آپ کے لیے جائز قرار دیتا ہوں۔ فرماتے ہیں : نہیں بلکہ حضرت عمر بن خطاب (رض) کو خط لکھو تو حضرت عمر (رض) نے لکھا کہ ان کا سر پتھروں سے کچل دیا جائے۔ جب حضرت عمر (رض) کا خط آیا تو اس وقت وہ فوت ہوچکے تھے۔ راوی کہتے ہیں کہ اللہ نے ضرار بن ازور کو رسوائی سے بچا لیا۔
18222 Haroon bin Asam farmate hain ki Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (RA) ne Khalid bin Waleed ko aik lashkar mein rawana farmaya aur Hazrat Khalid bin Waleed ne Zarrar bin Azwar ko ghor sawaron ke sath bheja. Unhon ne Banu Asad par shab khoon mara. Unhein aik khoobsurat dulhan mili. Woh Zarrar ko achchhi lagi to sathiyon ki razaamandi ke baad Zarrar us par waqe ho gaye. Jab wapas palte to sharminda hue aur hath ko faalij ho gaya. Jab unhein Khalid bin Waleed ke paas laya gaya aur jo unhon ne kiya tha us ki khabar di to Hazrat Khalid kahne lage ki main is aurat ko aap ke liye jaiz qarar deta hoon. Farmate hain: Nahin balkeh Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (RA) ko khat likho to Hazrat Umar (RA) ne likha ki un ka sar pathron se kuchal diya jaye. Jab Hazrat Umar (RA) ka khat aaya to us waqt woh faut ho chuke the. Rawi kahte hain ki Allah ne Zarrar bin Azwar ko ruswai se bacha liya.
