Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade preventing a grazing animal from grazing and castrating quadrupeds.

(١٩٧٩٠) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے جاندار کو چارے سے روکنا اور چوپاؤں کو خصی کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
(19790) Ibne Abbas (RA) farmate hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne jandar ko chare se rokna aur chaupaon ko khasi karne se mana farmaya hai.
Ubaidullah bin Musa narrated with his chain of transmission that it is forbidden to forcibly prevent animals from grazing and to castrate livestock.
The Shaikh (scholar) said: Castrating animals is extreme cruelty. Its ruling is analogous to depriving an animal of fodder.

(١٩٧٩١) عبیداللہ بن موسیٰ نے اپنی سند سے نقل کیا ہے کہ جا اندار کو زبردستی چارے سے روکنا اور چوپاؤں کو خصی کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
شیخ فرماتے ہیں : جانوروں کو خصی کرانا انتہائی صبر ہے۔ اس کا حکم جاندار کو چارے سے روکنے پر قیاس کیا گیا ہے۔
(19791) Obaidullah bin Moosa ne apni sanad se naqal kiya hai ke jaandar ko zabardasti chaare se rokna aur chapaon ko khasi karne se mana farmaya hai. Sheikh farmate hain : janwaron ko khasi karana intahai sabar hai. Is ka hukum jaandar ko chaare se rokne par qayas kiya gaya hai.
Ibn Abi Dhi'b said: I asked Zuhri about castration. He said: 'Ubaidullah ibn 'Abdullah informed me that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade preventing an animal from grazing. Zuhri said: Castration is indeed a severe form of restriction.

(١٩٧٩٢) ابن ابی ذئب فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے زہری سے خصی کے متعلق سوال کیا۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ مجھے عبیداللہ بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے جاندار کو چارے سے روکنے سے منع کیا ہے۔ زہری فرماتے ہیں کہ خصی کرنا یہ تو سخت قسم کا باندھنا ہے۔
(19792) Ibne Abi Zaib farmate hain keh maine Zuhri se khasi ke mutalliq sawal kiya. Woh kehte hain keh mujhe Ubaidullah bin Abdullah ne bayan kiya keh Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne jandar ko chare se rokne se mana kiya hai. Zuhri farmate hain keh khasi karna yeh to sakht qisam ka bandhna hai.
(19793) Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no castration in Islam, nor is there laying the foundation of synagogues," i.e., building them.

(١٩٧٩٣) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اسلام میں خصی ہونا نہیں اور نہ ہی یہود کے عبادت خانوں کی بنیاد رکھنا ہے، یعنی تعمیر کرنا ۔
(19793) Ibne Abbas (RA) farmate hain ki Rasulullah (SAW) ne farmaya : Islam mein khasi hona nahin aur na hi yahood ke ibadat khanon ki bunyad rakhna hai, yani tameer karna .
Nafi' ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that he disliked castration of quadrupeds and would say, "Do not alter the creation of Allah."

(١٩٧٩٤) نافع ابن عمر (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ چوپاؤں میں خصی کرنے کو ناپسند فرماتے ہیں اور فرماتے تھے کہ اللہ کی مخلوق کے اندر تبدیلی نہ کرو۔
(19794) Nafi ibn Umar (RA) se naql farmate hain ki woh chopaon mein khasi karne ko napasand farmate hain aur farmate thay ki Allah ki makhlooq ke andar tabdeeli na karo.
(19795) It is narrated from Nafi' ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the castration of camels, bulls, goats and horses and said: "The increase in offspring is in horses."
(b) Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from 'Umar ibn al-Khattab that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the castration of animals and said: "Is it not because of the males that the offspring increase?"
(c) Ibrahim ibn Miqsam narrated that 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote to Sa'd that horses should not be castrated and that a horse should not be run between two hundred.

(١٩٧٩٥) نافع ابن عمر (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اونٹوں، بیل، بکرے اور گھوڑے کو خصی کرنے سے منع فرمایا اور فرمایا کہ نسل کا بڑھنا گھوڑوں میں ہوتا ہے۔
(ب) ابن عمر (رض) حضرت عمر بن خطاب سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے جانوروں کو خصی کرنے سے منع فرمایا اور فرمایا : کیا نسل مذکروں کی وجہ سے نہیں بڑھتی ؟
(ج) ابراہیم بن مہاجر فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عمر بن خطاب (رض) نے سعد کو لکھا کہ گھوڑوں کو خصی نہ کیا جائے اور گھوڑے کو دو سو کے درمیان نہ بھگایا جائے۔
(19795) Nafe Ibn Umar (RA) se naql farmate hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne oonton, bail, bakre aur ghore ko khasi karne se mana farmaya aur farmaya ki nasl ka barhna ghoron mein hota hai.
(b) Ibn Umar (RA) Hazrat Umar bin Khattab se naql farmate hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne janwaron ko khasi karne se mana farmaya aur farmaya : kya nasl mardon ki wajah se nahi barhti ?
(j) Ibrahim bin Muhajir farmate hain ki Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (RA) ne Saad ko likha ki ghoron ko khasi na kiya jaye aur ghore ko do so ke darmiyan na bhagaya jaye.
Regarding Ibn Abbas's (may Allah be pleased with him) statement about the verse: {And I will surely command them, so they will change Allah's creation} [An-Nisa: 119], "I will surely command them, so they will change Allah's creation," he said: "It means castrating animals."

(١٩٧٩٦) ابن عباس (رض) کے اس قول : { وَ لَاٰمُرَنَّھُمْ فَلَیُغَیِّرُنَّ خَلْقَ اللّٰہِ } [النساء : ١١٩] ” البتہ میں ضرور ان کو حکم دوں گا وہ اللہ کی مخلوق میں تبدیلی کردیں گے کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں : اس سے مراد جانوروں کو خصی کرنا ہے۔ “
Ibn Abbas (Razi) ke is qaul: { wa laamurannahum falayughayyirunna khalq Allah } [alنساa: 119] ” batah mein zaroor un ko hukum dun ga woh Allah ki makhlooq mein tabdeeli kar den ge ke mutalliq farmate hain: is se murad janwaron ko khasi karna hai “.
(19798) Ibrahim says, "In the religion of Allah..."
(b) Basir says that Umar bin Abdul Aziz ordered me to castrate a mule. When Hasan was asked about castration, he said: "There is no harm in it. Urwah bin Zubair had his mule castrated."
Ibn Sireen (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "There is no harm in castrating a horse, if the stallions are left they will eat one another."
Ata' said: "There is no harm in castrating the one from whose biting and bad habits one fears."
It is narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sacrificed two castrated goats and their meat was also delicious.

(١٩٧٩٨) ابراہیم فرماتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے دین میں۔
(ب) بسیر فرماتے ہیں کہ عمر بن عبدالعزیز نے مجھے حکم دیا کہ میں خچر کو خصی کر دوں۔ حضرت حسن سے خصی کرنے کے متعلق پوچھا گیا تو فرمایا : اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔ عروہ بن زبیر نے اپنی خچر کو خصی کیا تھا۔
ابن سیرین (رح) فرماتے ہیں : گھوڑے کو خصی کرنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں، اگر سانڈ چھوڑ دیی جائیں تو یہ ایک دوسرے کو کھا جائیں۔
عطاء فرماتے ہیں : جس کے کاٹنے اور بری عادات کا ڈر ہو اس کے خصی کرنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔
نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے منقول ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے دو خصی مینڈھے قربان کیے اور ان کا گوشت بھی لذیذ ہوتا ہے۔
(19798) Ibrahim farmate hain ke Allah ke deen mein.
(b) Baseer farmate hain ke Umar bin Abd-al-Aziz ne mujhe hukm diya ke main khachar ko khasi kar dun. Hazrat Hasan se khasi karne ke mutalliq pucha gaya to farmaya: Is mein koi harj nahin. Urwah bin Zubair ne apni khachar ko khasi kiya tha.
Ibn Sireen (rah) farmate hain: Ghore ko khasi karne mein koi harj nahin, agar sand chhor di jayen to ye ek dusre ko kha jayen.
Ata farmate hain: Jis ke katne aur buri aadat ka dar ho uske khasi karne mein koi harj nahin.
Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se manqol hai ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne do khasi mendhe qurban kiye aur unka gosht bhi lazeez hota hai.
