Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 21306
(21306) Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever frees a Muslim, Allah will save all the parts of his body from the fire of Hell, part by part, for freeing the Muslim’s (body part).”
(B) Saeed bin Rajanah said: I went to Ali bin Hussain and he told me a story of a slave whom Abdullah bin Ja’far freed for ten thousand dirhams or one thousand dinars.

(٢١٣٠٦) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جو مسلمان کسی مسلمان کو آزاد کرواتا ہے تو اس کے عوض اللہ اس کے تمام اعضاکو جہنم کے آگ سے آزاد کردیتے ہیں۔
(ب) سعید بن رجانہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں حضرت علی بن حسین کی طرف چلا۔ انھوں نے ایک غلام کا قصہ بیان کیا جس کی آزادی کے لیے عبداللہ بن جعفر نے دس ہزار درہم دیے یا ایک ہزار دینار اور اس کو آزاد کردیا گیا۔
(21306) Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jo Musalman kisi Musalman ko azad karwata hai to uske awaz Allah uske tamam aaza ko jahannam ke aag se azad kardetay hain.
(b) Saeed bin Rijanah farmate hain ki main Hazrat Ali bin Hussain ki taraf chala. Unhon ne ek ghulam ka qissa bayan kiya jiski aazadi ke liye Abdullah bin Ja'far ne das hazar dirham diye ya ek hazar dinar aur usko azad kar diya gaya.
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying, “Whoever frees a believing slave, Allah will save all the parts of his body from Hell-fire, limb for limb, even his private parts for the slave’s private parts.”

(٢١٣٠٧) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے مومن گردن کو آزاد کردیا تو اللہ اس کے تمام اعضا اس کے بدلے میں جہنم سے آزاد کردیں، یہاں تک کہ شرمگاہ شرمگاہ کے عوض۔
(21307) Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) farmate hain ke maine Rasulullah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna, Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jisne momin gardan ko azad kardiya to Allah uske tamam aaza uske badle mein jahannum se azad kar denge, yahan tak ke sharamgah sharamgah ke awaz.
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever frees a slave, Allah will free all the parts of his body from Hell, even his private parts for the slave's private parts."

(٢١٣٠٨) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ جس نے گردن آزاد کی تو اللہ اس کے تمام اعضاء کو جہنم سے آزاد کردیتا ہے۔ یہاں تک کہ شرمگاہ شرمگاہ کے عوض۔
(21308) Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naqal farmate hain ke jis ne gardan azad ki to Allah us ke tamam aaza ko jahannam se azad karta hai. Yahan tak ke sharamgah sharamgah ke awaz.
Ka'b ibn Murrah or Murrah ibn Ka'b narrated to us a hadith that there is goodness for the sake of Allah. He said: I heard from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whichever Muslim frees the neck of a Muslim, Allah will free him from Hellfire, bone for bone will suffice. Whichever Muslim frees two women, then freeing them will be like him being free from Hellfire. Every bone will be freed in exchange for another bone. Which woman frees a Muslim woman, then she will have freedom from Hellfire, so her bone will suffice for her (the slave woman’s) bone.”

(٢١٣٠٩) کعب بن مرہ یا مرہ بن کعب نے ہمیں ایک حدیث بیان فرمائی کہ اللہ کے لیے خوبی ہے۔ کہتے ہیں : میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس مسلمان نے کسی مسلمان کی گردن آزاد کروائی، اللہ اس کو جہنم سے آزاد کروا دیں گے، ہڈی ہڈی سے کفایت کر جائے گی، جس مسلمان نے دو عورتیں آزادکیں، تو ان کا آزاد کرانا گویہ جہنم سے بے پروا ہونا ہے۔ ہر ہڈی دوسرے کی ہڈی سے آزاد ہوجائے گی۔ جو عورت مسلمان عورت کو آزاد کروا دے تو اس کو جہنم سے آزادی مل جائے گی تو اس کی ہڈی اس کی ہڈی سے کفایت کر جائے گی۔
21309 kab bin murrah ya murrah bin kab ne humein ek hadees bayaan farmaai keh allah ke liye khoobi hai kehte hain main ne rasool allah se suna aap ne farmaya jis musalman ne kisi musalman ki gardan aazaad karwai allah us ko jahannam se aazaad karwa denge haddi haddi se kafaayat kar jayegi jis musalman ne do aurtein aazaad ki to un ka aazaad karana goya jahannam se be parwah hona hai har haddi doosre ki haddi se aazaad ho jayegi jo aurat musalman aurat ko aazaad karwa de to us ko jahannam se aazadi mil jayegi to us ki haddi us ki haddi se kafaayat kar jayegi
Shuraihil bin Sabit, the governor of Homs, said to Amr bin Abasah Salami, who was a companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "O Abu Najih! Narrate to us a hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), without any exaggeration or omission." He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "Whoever sets a believing slave free, Allah will free every part of his body from Hellfire for every part of the slave's body. Whoever shoots an arrow at the enemy, it is like freeing a slave. And whoever grows old in the way of Allah, will have light on the Day of Resurrection."

(٢١٣١٠) شرحبیل بن سبط جو حمص کے امیر تھے، عمرو بن عبسہ سلمی سے کہنے لگے جو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے صحابی ہیں : اے ابونجیح ! ہمیں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی حدیث سناؤ، جس میں زیادتی اور نسیان نہ ہو۔ کہتے ہیں : میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے مومن گردن کو آزاد کیا تو اللہ اس کے ہر عضو کو جہنم سے آزاد کر دے گا۔ جس نے دشمن کو تیر مارا تو یہ بھی گردن آزاد کروانے کے برابر ہے، جو اللہ کے راستہ میں بوڑھا ہوگیا، اس کے لیے قیامت کے دن نور ہوگا۔
Sharahbeel bin Sabt jo Hums ke ameer thay, Amr bin Absa Salmi se kehne lage jo Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sahabi hain : Aye Abunajeeh! humain Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki hadees sunao, jis mein ziyadati aur nisyan na ho. Kehte hain : maine Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna, Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Jis ne momin gardan ko azad kiya to Allah us ke har uzv ko jahannum se azad kar de ga. Jis ne dushman ko teer mara to yeh bhi gardan azad karwane ke barabar hai, jo Allah ke raaste mein buddha hogaya, us ke liye qayamat ke din noor hoga.
Abu Nujaid Salmi reported that we besieged the people of Taif with the Prophet (ﷺ). I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “For every arrow which one of you shoots in the cause of Allah, there will be a reward equal to setting a slave free.” I shot six arrows that day. I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “For him who shoots an arrow in the cause of Allah, there is a rank in Paradise." He (ﷺ) also said: “He who sets a Muslim slave free, Allah will save each part of his body from the fire for each part of his slave, and he who sets free a Muslim woman slave, Allah will save all his parts of body from Fire for her all parts of body.”

(٢١٣١١) ابو نجیح سلمی فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ مل کر طائف کے محالات کا محاصرہ کیا تو میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا جس نے اللہ کے راستہ میں تیرے پھینکے ، وہ گردن کے آزاد کرنے کے برابر ہیں، میں نے اس دن چھ پھینکے تھے، میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فرما رہے تھے : جس نے اللہ کے راستہ میں تیر مارا اس کے لیے جنت میں درجہ ہوگا اور جس مسلمان نے کسی مسلمان کو آزاد کیا تو اللہ اس کے اعضاء کو اس کے اعضاء کے عوض جہنم سے بچا لے گا۔ جس مسلمان عورت نے مسلمان عورت کو آزاد کردیا تو اللہ اس کے تمام اعضاء کو اس کے تمام اعضاء کے عوض آزاد کر دے گا۔
21311 Abu Najeh Salmi farmate hain ki hum ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath mil kar Taif ke mahalaat ka muhasra kiya to main ne Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna jis ne Allah ke raaste mein tere phenke, woh gardan ke azad karne ke barabar hain, main ne us din chhe phenke thay, main ne Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) farma rahe thay : jis ne Allah ke raaste mein teer mara us ke liye jannat mein darja hoga aur jis musalman ne kisi musalman ko azad kiya to Allah us ke aaza ko us ke aaza ke awaz jahannam se bacha lega. Jis musalman aurat ne musalman aurat ko azad kar diya to Allah us ke tamam aaza ko us ke tamam aaza ke awaz azad kar dega.
The department says: We were with Abu Burdah, his children were also present. He said: Shall I not narrate to you a hadith that my father narrated to me? They said: Why not, O my father! He said: My father narrated to me from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever frees a neck, or a slave, then for every part of his body, a part of him will be freed from Hellfire."

(٢١٢١٣) شعبہ فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم ابوبردہ کے پاس تھے، ان کے بچے بھی موجود تھے۔ اس نے کہا : کیا میں تمہیں حدیث حدیث نہ سناؤں، جو میرے والدنے مجھے سنائی، انھوں نے کہا : کیوں نہیں، اے میرے والد ! فرمایا : کہ میرے والدنے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے گردن یا غلام آزاد کیا تو اس کے عوض اس کے تمام اعضاء جہنم سے آزاد ہوں گے۔
Shuba farmate hain ke hum Abu Burda ke pas thay, un ke bache bhi mojood thay. Us ne kaha: kya main tumhen hadees hadees na sunaun, jo mere walid ne mujhe sunaayi, unhon ne kaha: kyun nahi, aye mere walid! Farmaya: ke mere walid ne Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: jis ne gardan ya ghulam azad kiya to us ke awaz us ke tamam aaza jahannam se azad honge.
(21313) It is narrated that a villager came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah! Tell me such an act which will make me enter Paradise. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: If you shorten the sermon then you have exaggerated the matter. Free the slave and free the neck. The villager said: O Messenger of Allah! Aren't both the same? He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: No. Freeing a slave means that you free the neck by yourself, and helping the neck means helping in paying the price and giving a milk-giving animal in charity, and maintaining ties with the oppressive relative. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Who has the strength for this? He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Feed the hungry and give water to the thirsty. The villager said: What if I don't have the strength for that? He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Enjoin good and forbid evil. The villager said: Who has the strength to stop his tongue except for good?

(٢١٣١٣) برائ فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک دیہاتی نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آیا اور کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! مجھے ایسا عمل بتائیں جو مجھے جنت میں داخل کر دے، فرمایا : اگر تو خطبہ چھوٹا دے تو تو نے مسئلہ کو زیادہ کردیا، جان کو آزاد کر اور گردن آزاد کر، اس نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! کیا یہ برابر نہیں ہیں ؟ فرمایا : نہیں، عتق النسمہ سے مراد ہے کہ آپ اکیلے گردن کو آزاد کریں اور فک الرقبہ سے مراد قیمت میں مدد کرنا اور دودھ والا جانور عطیہ میں دینا، ظالم رشتہ دار کے ساتھ صلہ رحمی کرنا۔ فرمایا : کون اس کی طاقت رکھتا ہے ؟ فرمایا : بھوکے کو کھانا کھلانا اور پیاسے کو پانی پلانا۔ کہنے لگا : اگر میں اس کی طاقت نہ رکھوں۔ فرمایا : نیکی کا حکم دو اور برائی سے منع کرو۔ کہنے لگا : کون اس کی طاقت رکھتا ہے کہ بھلائی کے علاوہ اپنی زبان کو روک لے۔
(21313) Irshad farmate hain keh aik dehati Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke pass aya aur kaha : Aye Allah ke Rasool ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ! mujhe aisa amal bataen jo mujhe Jannat mein dakhil kar de, farmaya : Agar tu khutba chhota de to tune masla ko ziada kar diya, jaan ko azad kar aur gardan azad kar, usne kaha : Aye Allah ke Rasool ! kya yeh barabar nahin hain ? farmaya : nahin, Itq un-nasimah se murad hai keh aap akele gardan ko azad karen aur Fak ur-riqab se murad qeemat mein madad karna aur doodh wala janwar atiya mein dena, zalim rishtedar ke sath silsila-e-rahmi karna. farmaya : Kaun iski taqat rakhta hai ? farmaya : bhookhe ko khana khilana aur pyase ko pani pilana. kehne laga : Agar main iski taqat na rakhun. farmaya : neki ka hukum do aur burai se mana karo. kehne laga : Kaun iski taqat rakhta hai keh bhalai ke alawa apni zaban ko rok le.
