Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12957
Abdullah bin Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) to Khalid bin Walid to collect the Khums (one-fifth of the war booty). He (Ali) took a slave girl from it. In the morning, drops were falling from Ali's (may Allah be pleased with him) head. Khalid said to Buraidah, "Did you see what he did?". I said, "I have resentment towards Ali." I mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "O Buraidah! Do you have resentment towards Ali?". I said, "Yes." You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Love Ali, for what is due to him from the Khums is greater than this."

(١٢٩٥٧) عبداللہ بن بریدہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے علی (رض) کو خالد بن ولید کی طرف بھیجا تاکہ خمس لائیں۔ انھوں نے اس سے ایک لونڈی لی۔ صبح ہوئی تو علی (رض) کے سر سے قطرے گر رہے تھے۔ خالد نے بریدہ سے کہا : تم نے دیکھا ہے اس نے کیا کیا ہے ؟ میں نے کہا : میں علی سے بغض رکھتا ہوں، میں نے یہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے ذکر کیا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کہا : اے بریدہ ! کیا تو علی سے بغض رکھتا ہے، میں نے کہا : ہاں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کہا : علی سے محبت کرو اس کے لیے خمس میں اس سے بھی زیادہ ہے۔
(12957) Abdullah bin Buraidah (Razi Allah Anhu) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Ali (Razi Allah Anhu) ko Khalid bin Waleed ki taraf bheja taake khums layen. Unhon ne us se ek laundi li. Subah hui to Ali (Razi Allah Anhu) ke sar se qatre gir rahe thay. Khalid ne Buraidah se kaha: Tum ne dekha hai is ne kya kiya hai? Main ne kaha: Main Ali se bughz rakhta hun, main ne ye Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se zikar kiya, Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne kaha: Aye Buraidah! Kya tum Ali se bughz rakhte ho, main ne kaha: Haan. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne kaha: Ali se mohabbat karo is ke liye khums main is se bhi zyada hai.
١٢٩٥٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَاضِي بِمَرْوَ، وَثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ، ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ مَنْجُوفٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ،عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إِلَى خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ لِيَقْبِضَ الْخُمُسَ، فَأَخَذَ منهِ جَارِيَةً، فَأَصْبَحَ وَرَأْسُهُ يَقْطُرُ،قَالَ خَالِدٌ لِبُرَيْدَةَ:أَلَا تَرَى مَا يَصْنَعُ هَذَا؟قَالَ:وَكُنْتُ أُبْغِضُ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،فَقَالَ:" يَا بُرَيْدَةُ، أَتُبْغِضُ عَلِيًّا؟ "قَالَ: قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ،قَالَ:" فَأَحِبَّهُ؛ فَإِنَّ لَهُ فِي الْخُمُسِ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ "⦗٥٥٧⦘ رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنِ بُنْدَارٍ عَنْ رَوْحِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ. هَذَا مَا بَلَغَنَا عَنْ سَيِّدِنَا الْمُصْطَفَى صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَهْمِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى، فَأَمَّا الْإِمَامَانِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، فَقَدِ اخْتَلَفَتِ الرِّوَايَاتُ عَنْهُمَا فِي ذَلِكَ
