Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13002
Zayd bin Aslam narrated from his father that he said: I heard 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) say: "Gather this wealth. Then see how you take care of its people." Then he said: "I command you to gather this wealth, then see how you take care of its people." And I have read the verses of Allah's Book: {Whatever Allah has bestowed upon His Messenger from them - for this you did not hasten any horse or riding camel, but Allah gives power to His messengers over whomever He wills. And Allah is over all things competent} [Al-Hashr: 6] By Allah! It is not only for those ones {And those who were settled in the Home and [adopted] the faith before them love those who emigrated to them and find not any want in their breasts of what they have been given but give [them] preference over themselves, even though they are in privation} [Al-Hashr: 9] By Allah! It is not only for those ones. {And [likewise] those who came after them} [Al-Hashr: 10] By Allah! Every single Muslim has a right in this wealth, whether it is given to him or not, even if he is a shepherd of Aden.

(١٣٠٠٢) حصرت زید بن اسلم اپنیوالد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے کہا : میں نے عمر (رض) سے سنا، وہ کہتے تھے اس مال کو جمع کرو۔ پس دیکھو کیسے تم اس کے اہل کا خیال کرتے ہو ؟ پھر ان سے کہا : میں تم کو حکم دیتا ہوں، اس مال کو جمع کرو، پس دیکھو کیسے تم اس کا اہل خیال کرتے ہو ؟ اور میں نے اللہ کی کتاب کی آیات پڑھی ہیں : { مَا أَفَائَ اللَّہُ عَلَی رَسُولِہِ الی قولہ أُولَئِکَ ہُمُ الصَّادِقُونَ } اللہ کی قسم ! وہ ان اکیلوں کے لیے نہیں ہے { وَالَّذِینَ تَبَوَّئُ وا الدَّارَ وَالإِیمَانَ مِنْ قَبْلِہِمْ یُحِبُّونَ مَنْ ہَاجَرَ إِلَیْہِمْ وَلاَ یَجِدُونَ فِی صُدُورِہِمْ حَاجَۃً مِمَّا أُوتُوا وَیُؤْثِرُونَ عَلَی أَنْفُسِہِمْ } اللہ کی قسم ! ان اکیلوں کے لیے بھی نہیں { وَالَّذِینَ جَائُ وا مِنْ بَعْدِہِمْ } اللہ کی قسم مسلمانوں میں سے ہر ایک کا اس مال میں حق ہے اسے دیا جائے یا نہ دیا جائے، اگرچہ عدن کا چرواہا ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔

١٣٠٠٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أنا هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ،عَنْ أَبِيهِ ⦗٥٧٢⦘ أَسْلَمَ قَالَ:سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ:" اجْتَمِعُوا لِهَذَا الْمَالِ، فَانْظُرُوا لِمَنْ تَرَوْنَهُ "،ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُمْ:" إِنِّي أَمَرْتُكُمْ أَنْ تَجْتَمِعُوا لِهَذَا الْمَالِ فَتَنْظُرُوا لِمَنْ تَرَوْنَهُ، وَإِنِّي قَدْ قَرَأْتُ آيَاتٍ مِنْ كِتَابِ اللهِ سَمِعْتُ اللهَ يَقُولُ{مَا أَفَاءَ اللهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقُرَى فَلِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ كَيْلَا يَكُونَ دُولَةً بَيْنَ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ مِنْكُمْ وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللهَ إِنَّ اللهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ}{لِلْفُقَرَاءِ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ الَّذِينَ أُخْرِجُوا مِنْ دِيَارِهِمْ وَأَمْوَالِهِمْ يَبْتَغُونَ فَضْلًا مِنَ اللهِ وَرِضْوَانًا وَيَنْصُرُونَ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أُولَئِكَ هُمُ الصَّادِقُونَ}[الحشر: ٨]، وَاللهِ مَا هُوَ لِهَؤُلَاءِ وَحْدَهُمْ،{وَالَّذِينَ تَبَوَّءُوا}الدَّارَ وَالْإِيمَانَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ يُحِبُّونَ مَنْ هَاجَرَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَا يَجِدُونَ فِي صُدُورِهِمْ حَاجَةً مِمَّا أُوتُوا وَيُؤْثِرُونَ عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ الْآيَةَ، وَاللهِ مَا هُوَ لِهَؤُلَاءِ وَحْدَهُمْ،{وَالَّذِينَ جَاءَوا مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ}الْآيَةَ، وَاللهِ مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَّا وَلَهُ حَقٌّ فِي هَذَا الْمَالِ، أُعْطِيَ مِنْهُ أَوْ مُنِعَ، حَتَّى رَاعٍ بِعَدَنَ "
