Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 16556
Jabir bin Abdullah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stayed in Makkah for 10 years and would meet people in their homes or in the market of Ukaz, and in Mina during the Hajj season, and say: "Who will help me to convey the message of Allah? For him is Paradise." We would say: "We will leave you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) alone." And you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would wander in the mountains of Makkah and fear them? So we went, 70 men, during the Hajj season and made an appointment to meet at Aqabah. We gathered there and asked you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "On what shall we pledge allegiance?" You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Pledge allegiance to me that you will support me in all circumstances and spend in times of hardship and ease. You will enjoin good and forbid evil. You will speak the words of Allah and not fear the blame of the blamer. When I come to you, you will help me and defend me as you defend your own wives and children." So we pledged allegiance to you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on that.

(١٦٥٥٦) جابر بن عبداللہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مکہ میں ١٠ سال ٹھہرے اور آپ لوگوں سے ان کے گھروں میں یا عکاظ کے بازار اور جحینہ میں اور حج کے موسم میں ملتے اور فرماتے : میری مدد کون کرے گا تاکہ میں اللہ کا پیغام پہنچاؤں۔ اس کے لیے جنت ہے، ہم نے کہا : ہم آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو اکیلا چھوڑ دیتے ہیں اور آپ مکہ کے پہاڑوں میں گھومتے ہیں اور وہ ڈریں ؟ تو ہم ٧٠ آدمی موسم حج میں گئے اور شعب العقبہ پر ملنے کا وعدہ کیا۔ ہم وہاں جمع ہوگئے۔ ہم نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے پوچھا : کس پر ہم بیعت کریں ؟ فرمایا : مجھ سے بیعت کرو کہ ہر حال میں میرا ساتھ دو گے اور تنگی اور آسانی میں خرچ کرو گے۔ امر بالمعروف اور نہی عن المنکر کرو گے۔ اللہ کی باتیں کرو گے اور کسی ملامت والے کی ملامت سے نہیں ڈرو گے۔ جب میں تمہارے پاس آؤں تو میری مدد کرو گے اور جن سے تم اپنا اپنے بیوی بچوں کا دفاع کرتے ہو میرا بھی دفاع کرو گے تو ہم نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے اس پر بیعت کرلی۔
(16556) Jabir bin Abdullah farmate hain ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Makkah mein 10 sal thehre aur aap logon se unke gharon mein ya Ukaz ke bazaar aur Jihinah mein aur Hajj ke mausam mein milte aur farmate: Meri madad kaun karega taake main Allah ka paigham pahunchaon. Iske liye Jannat hai, humne kaha: Hum aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko akela chhor dete hain aur aap Makkah ke paharon mein ghoomte hain aur wo darein? To hum 70 aadmi mausam Hajj mein gaye aur Shaab al-Aqabah per milne ka wada kiya. Hum wahan jama hogaye. Humne aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se poochha: Kis per hum bai'at karein? Farmaya: Mujhse bai'at karo ke har haal mein mera saath doge aur tangi aur asani mein kharch karoge. Amr bil-Maroof aur Nahi anil Munkar karoge. Allah ki baaten karoge aur kisi malamat wale ki malamat se nahin daroge. Jab main tumhare pass aaoon to meri madad karoge aur jinse tum apna apne biwi bachchon ka difa karte ho mera bhi difa karoge to humne aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se is per bai'at karli.
١٦٥٥٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْفَحَّامُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، يَعْنِي عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ،قَالَ:مَكَثَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَكَّةَ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ يَتَتَبَّعُ النَّاسَ فِي مَنَازِلِهِمْ بِعُكَاظَ وَمَجَنَّةَ وَفِي الْمَوْسِمِ بِمِنًى،يَقُولُ:" مَنْ يُؤْوِينِي، مَنْ يَنْصُرُنِي حَتَّى أُبَلِّغَ رِسَالَةَ رَبِّي وَلَهُ الْجَنَّةُ؟قَالَ:فَقُلْنَا: حَتَّى مَتَى نَتْرُكُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُطْرَدُ فِي جِبَالِ مَكَّةَ وَيَخَافُ؟ فَرَحَلَ إِلَيْهِ مِنَّا سَبْعُونَ رَجُلًا حَتَّى قَدِمْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِي الْمَوْسِمِ، فَوَعَدْنَاهُ شِعْبَ الْعَقَبَةِ، فَاجْتَمَعْنَا عِنْدَهُ مِنْ رَجُلٍ وَرَجُلَيْنِ،حَتَّى تَوَافَيْنَا فَقُلْنَا:يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ عَلَى مَا نُبَايِعُكَ؟قَالَ:"تُبَايِعُونِي عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ فِي النَّشَاطِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالنَّفَقَةِ فِي الْعُسْرِ وَالْيُسْرِ، وَعَلَى الْأَمْرِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَالنَّهْيِ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ، وَأَنْ تَقُولُوا فِي اللهِ لَا تَخَافُونَ لَوْمَةَ لَائِمٍ، وَعَلَى أَنْ تَنْصُرُونِي إِذَا قَدِمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ، وَتَمْنَعُونِي مِمَّا تَمْنَعُونَ مِنْهُ أَنْفُسَكُمْ وَأَزْوَاجَكُمْ وَأَبْنَاءَكُمْ، وَلَكُمُ الْجَنَّةُ ". فَقُمْنَا إِلَيْهِ فَبَايَعْنَاهُ
