Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 2006
Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Zaid bin Abd Rabbah narrated that my father, Abdullah bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him), told me a story about a dream he had with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Indeed, this is a true dream, God willing. Teach Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him), who you saw standing with, and let him give the call to prayer. Verily, he has a louder voice than you." (b) In the narration of Sayyidina Abu Mahdhurah, "Who among you has the loud voice that I heard?" (c) In another narration, "I heard the call to prayer in a beautiful voice from among these people."

(٢٠٠٦) محمد بن عبداللہ بن زید بن عبدربہ فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھ کو میرے والدعبداللہ بن زید (رض) نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے خواب کا قصہ بیان کیا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : بیشک یہ سچا خواب ہے ان شاء اللہ۔ بلال (رض) کے ساتھ کھڑا ہو جو تو نے دیکھا ہے انھیں سکھلا دے اور وہ اذان دے، بلاشبہ وہ تجھ سے بلند آواز والا ہے۔ (ب) سیدنا ابو محذورہ کی روایت میں ہے کہ تم میں سے کس کی آواز بلند ہے جو آواز میں نے سنی ہے۔ (ج) ایک اور روایت میں ہے : میں نے ان لوگوں میں سے خوب صورت آواز والے شخص کی اذان سنی ہے۔
(2006) Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Zaid bin Abdarba farmate hain keh mujh ko mere walid Abdullah bin Zaid (Raz) ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se khwab ka qissa bayan kiya, Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : beshak yeh sacha khwab hai Insha Allah. Bilal (Raz) ke sath khara ho jo tu ne dekha hai unhen sikhla de aur wo azan de, bilashuba wo tujh se buland awaz wala hai. (b) Sayyadna Abu Mahzura ki riwayat mein hai keh tum mein se kis ki awaz buland hai jo awaz mein ne suni. (c) Aik aur riwayat mein hai : mein ne in logon mein se khoobsurat awaz wale shakhs ki azan suni hai.
٢٠٠٦ -أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الطُّوسِيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ ثنا أَبِي عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ قَالَ:حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ زَيْدٍ فَذَكَرَ قِصَّةَ رُؤْيَاهُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:" إِنَّهَا لَرُؤْيَا حَقٍّ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ تَعَالَى فَقُمْ مَعَ بِلَالٍ فَأَلْقِ عَلَيْهِ مَا رَأَيْتَ فَلْيُؤَذِّنْ بِهِ فَإِنَّهُ أَنْدَى صَوْتًا مِنْكَ "وَقَدْ رُوِّينَا فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي مَحْذُورَةَ مَا دَلَّ عَلَى ذَلِكَ حَيْثُ قَالَ فِي إِحْدَى الرِّوَايَتَيْنِ:" أَيُّكُمُ الَّذِي سَمِعْتُ صَوْتَهُ ارْتَفَعَ؟ "وَفِي الرِّوَايَةِ الْأُخْرَى:" لَقَدْ سَمِعْتُ فِي هَؤُلَاءِ تَأْذِينَ إِنْسَانٍ حَسَنِ الصَّوْتِ "وَهِيَ رِوَايَةُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ السَّائِبِ
