Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 20856
(20856) Sulaiman bin Musa narrated from his chain of narration that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The testimony of a man or a woman who betrays trust, a man or woman who commits adultery, and one who bears malice against his brother will not be accepted.” (b) In the narration of Abu Abdullah, it is regarding Islam.

(٢٠٨٥٦) سلیمان بن موسیٰ اپنی سند سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : خائن مرد اور عورت، زانی مرد اور عورت اور اپنے بھائی کے خلاف کینہ رکھنے والے کی گواہی قبول نہ ہوگی۔ (ب) ابوعبداللہ کی روایت میں ہے اسلام کے بارے میں۔
(20856) Sulaiman bin Musa apni sanad se naql farmate hain keh Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : khain mard aur aurat, zani mard aur aurat aur apne bhai ke khilaf kina rakhne wale ki gawahi qabool na hogi. (b) Abu Abdullah ki riwayat mein hai Islam ke bare mein.
٢٠٨٥٦ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ،قَالَا:أنبأ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُعَافَى الصَّيْدَاوِيُّ، بِصَيْدَا، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَلَفِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ، ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى،بِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلَا خَائِنَةٍ، وَلَا زَانٍ وَلَا زَانِيَةٍ، وَلَا ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ ".زَادَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ ⦗٣٣٩⦘ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ:" فِي الْإِسْلَامِ "
