Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 3338
(3338) (a) Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When someone seeks permission while one is in prayer, his granting permission is to say 'Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah).' And if a woman is praying and someone seeks permission from her, her granting permission is to clap." (b) It is narrated from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that my time to go to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was fixed at the time of the pre-dawn meal (Suhoor). If the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was in prayer, he would say 'Subhan Allah', and that was my permission from him. (c) This Hadith is different in terms of its chain of narrators and text. According to one narration, it is 'Subha' and according to another narration, it is 'Tanhanuh'.

(٣٣٣٨) (ا) ابوہریرہ (رض) بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب کسی سے دوران نماز اجازت طلب کی جائے تو اس کا اجازت دینا سبحان اللہ کہنا ہے اور اگر کوئی عورت نماز پڑھ رہی ہو اس سے کوئی اجازت طلب کرے تو اس کا اجازت دینا تالی بجانا ہے۔ (ب) حضرت علی (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ میرے لیے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس جانے کا وقت سحری کے وقت مخصوص تھا۔ اگر رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نماز میں ہوتے تو سبحان اللہ کہتے، یہی آپ کی طرف سے مجھے اجازت ہوتی تھی۔ (ج) یہ حدیث سند اور متن کے اعتبار سے مختلف ہے، ایک قول کے مطابق سبح ہے اور دوسرے قول کے مطابق تنحنح ہے۔
(3338) (a) Abu Huraira (RA) bayan karte hain keh Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Jab kisi se dauran namaz ijazat talab ki jaye to uska ijazat dena Subhan Allah kehna hai aur agar koi aurat namaz parh rahi ho us se koi ijazat talab kare to uska ijazat dena taali bajana hai. (b) Hazrat Ali (RA) se riwayat hai keh mere liye Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke paas jane ka waqt sehri ke waqt makhsus tha. Agar Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) namaz mein hote to Subhan Allah kehte, yahi aap ki taraf se mujhe ijazat hoti thi. (c) Yeh hadees sanad aur matan ke aitbaar se mukhtalif hai, ek qaul ke mutabiq Subh hai aur dusre qaul ke mutabiq tanhanuh hai.
٣٣٣٨ - وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ إِمْلَاءً أنبأ أَبُو حَامِدِ بْنُ الشَّرْقِيِّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَرَّاءُ، وَقَطَنُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ،قَالُوا:ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَعْمَشِ، ⦗٣٥١⦘ عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ،عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِذَا اسْتُؤْذِنَ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي، فَإِذْنُهُ التَّسْبِيحُ، وَإِذَا اسْتُؤْذِنَ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ وَهِيَ تُصَلِّي فِإِذْنُهَا التَّصْفِيقُ "وَأَمَّا الْحَدِيثُ الَّذِي رُوِيَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:" كَانَتْ لِي سَاعَةٌ مِنَ السَّحَرِ أَدْخُلُ فِيهَا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَإِذَا كَانَ فِي صَلَاةٍ سَبَّحَ وَكَانَ ذَلِكَ إِذْنَهُ لِي "فَهُوَ حَدِيثٌ مُخْتَلَفٌ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ وَمَتْنِهِ، فَقِيلَ سَبَّحَ وَقِيلَ تَنَحْنَحَ، وَمَدَارُهُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ نُجَيٍّ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِيهِ نَظَرٌ وَضَعَّفَهُ غَيْرُهُ، وَفِيمَا مَضَى كِفَايَةٌ عَنْ رِوَايَتِهِ وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ
