Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5136
(5136) (a) Safar bin Naseer Asadi narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) said: An illegitimate child is one-third of evil in three. His parents have already obeyed, but he did not obey. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) said: He is one-third of the evil in the three. (b) Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: His parents have no burden on him. Allah's command is: { لاَ تَزِرُ وَازِرَۃٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَی } [Al-An'am: 164] No bearer of burdens shall bear the burden of another.

(٥١٣٦) (الف) سفر بن نسیر اسدی فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : حرامی بچہ تین میں تیسرا شر ہے۔ اس کے والدین تو مطیع ہوچکے، لیکن وہ مطیع نہ ہوا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : وہ تینوں میں سے تیسرا شر ہے۔ (ب) عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ اس کے والدین کا اس پر کوئی بوجھ نہیں۔ اللہ کا فرمان ہے : { لاَ تَزِرُ وَازِرَۃٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَی } [الانعام : ١٦٤] کوئی جان کسی کا بوجھ نہیں اٹھائے گی۔
(5136) (alif) Safar bin Nasir Asadi farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Harami baccha teen mein teesra shar hai. Is ke waldain to muti hochuke, lekin wo muti na hua. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Woh teeno mein se teesra shar hai. (be) Ayesha (raz) farmati hain ki is ke waldain ka is par koi bojh nahi. Allah ka farman hai : { la taziru waziratun wizra ukhra } [alanam : 164] koi jaan kisi ka bojh nahi uthaye gi.
٥١٣٦ -وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ:وَحَدَّثَنَا زَيْدٌ،ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ:حَدَّثَنِي السَّفَرُ بْنُ نُسَيْرٍ الْأَسَدِيُّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا قَالَ:" وَلَدُ الزِّنَاءِ شَرُّ الثَّلَاثَةِ، إِنْ أَبَوََيْهِ أَسْلَمَا وَلَمْ يُسَلِمْ هُوَ ".فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" هُوَ شَرُّ الثَّلَاثَةِ ". وَهَذَا مُرْسَلٌ،وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:مَا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ وِزْرِ أَبَوَيْهِ شَيْءٌ، قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى{لَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى}[الأنعام: ١٦٤]تَعْنِي وَلَدَ الزِّنَاءِ. وَعَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَالنَّخَعِيِّ، وَالزُّهْرِيِّ فِي وَلَدِ الزِّنَاءِ أَنَّهُ يَؤُمُّ
