Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5412
(5412) Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: No woman should travel a journey of Barid without a Mahram. Note: The narrations which mention one or two or three days are authentic. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked if a woman could travel for three days without a Mahram. He said: "No." And he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about a journey of two days, so he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No." And he was asked about one day, so he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No." Whoever remembered this, he narrated it, and this number does not constitute any specific limit of journey.

(٥٤١٢) ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کوئی عورت بریدکا سفر اپنے محرم کے بغیر نہ کرے۔ نوٹ : جن روایات میں ایک یا دو یا تین دن کا ذکر ہے وہ صحیح ہیں۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سوال پوچھا گیا کہ عورت تین دن کا سفر بغیر محرم کے کرسکتی ہے ؟ فرمایا نہیں اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے دو دن کے سفر کے بارے میں سوال ہوا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : نہیں اور ایک دن کے متعلق سوال ہوا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : نہیں۔ جس کو جو یاد تھا اس نے بیان کردیا اور یہ تعداد سفر کی کوئی بیان حد نہیں کرتی۔
(5412) Abu Hurairah (RA) farmate hain keh Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya: Koi aurat barid ka safar apne mehram ke baghair na kare. Note: Jin riwayat mein ek ya do ya teen din ka zikar hai woh sahi hain. Nabi (SAW) se sawal poocha gaya keh aurat teen din ka safar baghair mehram ke kar sakti hai? Farmaya nahin aur aap (SAW) se do din ke safar ke bare mein sawal hua to aap (SAW) ne farmaya: Nahin aur ek din ke mutalliq sawal hua to aap (SAW) ne farmaya: Nahin. Jis ko jo yaad tha us ne bayan kar diya aur yeh tadaad safar ki koi bayan had nahin karti.
٥٤١٢ - وَقَدْ رَوَى سُهَيْلُ بْنُ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا تُسَافِرُ امْرَأَةٌ بَرِيدًا إِلَّا مَعَ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ ". أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ، أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، فَذَكَرَهُ. وَهَذِهِ الرِّوَايَةُ فِي الثَّلَاثَةِ وَالْيَوْمَيْنِ وَالْيَوْمِ صَحِيحَةٌ،وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تُسَافِرُ ثَلَاثًا مِنْ غَيْرِ مَحْرَمٍ فَقَالَ:" لَا "وَسُئِلَ عَنْهَا تُسَافِرُ يَوْمَيْنِ مِنْ غَيْرِ مَحْرَمٍ فَقَالَ:" لَا "وَيَوْمًا ⦗٢٠٠⦘ فَقَالَ:" لَا "فَأَدَّى كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ مَا حَفِظَ وَلَا يَكُونُ عَدَدٌ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأَعْدَادِ حَدًّا لِلسَّفَرِ، وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ
