Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5486
Abdullah bin Suwad Al-Qushayri narrated from his father, who narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), who was from his tribe, that he came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) while the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was having breakfast. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Eat." I said: "O Messenger of Allah! I am fasting." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah has exempted the traveler, the pregnant woman, and the breastfeeding woman from fasting. But they must make it up later," and (he also exempted) the traveler from (offering) half of the prayer.

(٥٤٨٦) عبداللہ بن سوادۃ قشیری اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں اور وہ انس بن مالک (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں جو ان کے قبیلہ سے تھے کہ وہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آئے اور نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ناشتہ فرما رہے تھے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کھانا کھاؤ۔ میں نے کہا : اے اللہ کے نبی ! میں روزہ سے ہوں نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اللہ نے مسافر، حاملہ اور دودھ پلانے والی کو روزیمعاف کیے ہیں ” لیکن قضا دینا پڑے گی “ اور مسافر سے آدھی نماز بھی۔
5486 Abdullah bin Sawadah Qashiri apne walid se naql farmate hain aur wo Anas bin Malik (RA) se naql farmate hain jo in ke qabeele se the ke wo Nabi (SAW) ke pass aaye aur Nabi (SAW) nashta farma rahe the aap (SAW) ne farmaya khana khao maine kaha aye Allah ke Nabi main roza se hun Nabi (SAW) ne farmaya Allah ne musafir hamil aur doodh pilane wali ko roza maaf kiye hain lekin qaza dena padegi aur musafir se aadhi namaz bhi.
٥٤٨٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا وُهَيْبٌ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَوَادَةَ الْقُشَيْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمْ أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَدِينَةَ وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَغَدَّى،قَالَ:فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" هَلُمَّ لِلْغَدَاءِ "فَقُلْتُ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ، إِنِّي صَائِمٌ،فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنَّ اللهَ وَضَعَ عَنِ الْمُسَافِرِ الصَّوْمَ، وَشَطْرَ الصَّلَاةِ، وَعَنِ الْحُبْلَى وَالْمُرْضِعِ "
