Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5527

Abu Tufayl narrated from Muadh bin Jabal that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was preparing for the battle of Tabuk, and the sun had set. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed Zuhr and Asr together before setting out. If they had set out before sunset, they would have delayed Zuhr until they stopped for Asr, and they would have done the same with Maghrib. If the sun set before they set out, they would combine Maghrib and Isha. And if the sun set after they set out, they would delay Maghrib and combine it with Isha.

(٥٥٢٧) ابوطفیل معاذ بن جبل سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) غزوہ تبوک کی تیاری میں تھے تو سورج ڈھل گیا ۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کوچ کرنی سے پہلے ظہر اور عصر کی نماز اکٹھے پڑھی۔ اگر سورج ڈھلنے سے پہلے کوچ کرلیتے تو ظہر کو مؤخر کردیتے یہاں تک کہ عصر کے لیے اترتے اور مغرب میں بھی اسی طرح کرتے۔ اگر سورج کوچ سے پہلے غروب ہوجاتا کوچ تو مغرب وعشا کو جمع کرلیتے اور اگر کوچ کرنے کے بعد سورج غروب ہوتا تو مغرب کو مؤخر کرتے اور عشا کے ساتھ جمع کرلیتے۔

Abu Tufail Moaz bin Jabal se naqal farmate hain ke Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Ghazwa Tabook ki taiyari mein thy to sooraj dhal gaya. Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kch karne se pehle Zuhar aur Asr ki namaz ekathy parhaye. Agar sooraj dhalne se pehle kch karlete to Zuhar ko moakhir kardete yahan tak ke Asr ke liye utartey aur Maghrib mein bhi isi tarah karte. Agar sooraj kch se pehle ghuroob hojata kch to Maghrib o Isha ko jama karlete aur agar kch karne ke baad sooraj ghuroob hota to Maghrib ko moakhir karte aur Isha ke sath jama karlete.

٥٥٢٧ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ، ثنا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ" أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ إِذَا زَاغَتِ الشَّمْسُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْتَحِلَ جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ، وَإِنْ يَرْتَحِلْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَزِيغَ الشَّمْسُ أَخَّرَ الظُّهْرَ حَتَّى يَنْزِلَ لِلْعَصْرِ، وَفِي الْمَغْرِبِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ "إِنْ غَابَتِ الشَّمْسُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْتَحِلَ جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ، وَإِنِ ارْتَحَلَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغِيبَ الشَّمْسُ أَخَّرَ الْمَغْرِبَ حَتَّى يَنْزِلَ لِلْعِشَاءِ ثُمَّ جَمَعَ بَيْنَهُمَا "
