Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5699
Nafi' narrates from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that Tamim Dari said to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when he (the Prophet) became burdened: “Shall I not make a pulpit for you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) so that you may sit on it? Then you may address the gathering or say something else.” So he (Tamim Dari) made two or three steps for him (the Prophet). Then, when he (the Prophet) sat on it, the entire mosque resounded (with voices). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would lean on it and deliver the sermon. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came down from the pulpit and kept it by his side and spoke something to it. I do not know what he (the Prophet) said. Then he (the Prophet) went up to the pulpit. In those days, the pillars of the mosque were made of trunks of trees and the roof of sticks.

(٥٦٩٩) نافع ابن عمر (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ تمیم داری نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے کہا، جب آپ بوجھل ہوگئے : کیا میں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے لیے منبر نہ بنا دوں تاکہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اس پر بیٹھیں ۔ پھر تجمع یا اس کے علاوہ دوسرا کلمہ ارشاد فرمایا ۔ اس نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے لیے دویا تین سیڑھیاں بنادیں۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اس پر بیٹھے تو وہ تنا رویا جو مسجد میں تھا۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اس پر ٹیک لگا کر خطبہ دیا کرتے تھے۔ پھر نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) منبر سے اترے اور اس کو اپنے ساتھ لگایا اور اس سے کچھ بات کی۔ میں نہیں جانتا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کیا کہا۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) منبر پر چلے گئے، ان دنوں مسجد کے ستون تنوں کے تھے اور چھت چھڑیوں کی۔
(5699) Nafe ibn Umar (RA) se naqal farmate hain ki Tamim Dari ne Rasul Allah (SAW) se kaha, jab aap bojhal hogaye : kya main aap (SAW) ke liye mimbar na bana dun takay aap (SAW) is par baithen . Phir tajammu ya uske ilawa dusra kalma irshad farmaya . Usne aap (SAW) ke liye do ya teen seedhiyan banadeen. Phir aap (SAW) is par baithe to woh tana roya jo masjid mein tha. Nabi (SAW) is par tek laga kar khutba diya karte the. Phir Nabi (SAW) mimbar se utre aur isko apne sath lagaya aur is se kuch baat ki. Main nahin janta ki aap (SAW) ne kya kaha. Phir aap (SAW) mimbar par chale gaye, in dinon masjid ke sutun tanon ke the aur chhat chhadiyon ki.
٥٦٩٩ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو الْجَهْمِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقُرَشِيُّ ثنا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الضُّبَعِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ،أَنَّ تَمِيمًا الدَّارِيَّ قَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا أَسَنَّ وَثَقُلَ:أَلَا نَتَّخِذُ لَكَ مِنْبَرًا تَحْمِلُ، أَوْ تَجْمَعُ، أَوْ كَلِمَةٌ تُشْبِهُهَا، عِظَامَكَ، فَاتُّخِذَ لَهُ مِرْقَاتَانِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةٌ، فَجَلَسَ عَلَيْهَا،قَالَ:فَصَعِدَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَحَنَّ جِذْعٌ كَانَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا خَطَبَ يَسْتَنِدُ إِلَيْهِ، فَنَزَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاحْتَضَنَهُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ شَيْئًا لَا أَدْرِي مَا هُوَ، ثُمَّ صَعِدَ الْمِنْبَرَ، وَكَانَتْ أَسَاطِينُ الْمَسْجِدِ جُذُوْعًا وَسَقَائِفُهُ جَرِيدًا ".⦗٢٧٨⦘ قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ:رَوَى أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ فَذَكَرَهُ
